Observation Of The Clinical Efficacy Of Picking Therapy For Internal Hemorrhoids

Objective:Hemorrhoids is a common disease in clinic.Observe the clinical effect of pricking blood therapy in treating hemorrhoids,summarized a standard operation practice for getting a simple and effective treatment of hemorrhoids by traditional Chinese medicine,focus on the characteristics and advantages of external treatment of TCM.To improve the treatment level of minimizing trauma and pain of the disease,and to provide convenience for patients.Methods:To collect 60 cases of patients with stage I and II hemorrhoids from our hospital,and divided into treatment group of 30 cases and control group of 30 cases.The treatment group were treated with pricking blood therapy,the control group were oral diosmin treatment,both of them for treating 7 days.Recording the patient's hemafecia,anal pain,anal discomfort,anorectal prolapse,haemorrhoids surface mucous membrane,and the size of the hemorrhoids,by grading evaluation of symptoms.And calculating the curative effect,curative effect index=[(before points-points after treatment)/before points]x 100%,statistical analysis and compare with each other curative effect index,so as to determine efficacy.Results:After the treatment for one week,comparing two groups through spss25.0 statistical software calculation.I found that to treat internal hemorrhoids,the treatment group cure rate 20%,total significant efficiency 93%,total effective rate 100%;In the control group,the cure rate was 0%.total effective rate was 50%,and total effective rate was 100%.Compared with the control group,p<0.05,they had significant differences.There was a significant difference in the total effective rate between the treatment group and the control group.Therefore,this study proved that both pricking blood therapy and oral diosmin tablet treated internal hemorrhoids well,but the pricking blood therapy was more efficient than oral diosmin group.These two treatment methods,for hemafecia,anal pain,prolapse,hemorrhoid size were significantly improved and the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was more obvious,anal discomfort,hemorrhoid surface mucous membrane changes were also better,but the treatment group and the control group just had little difference.Conclusion:This study proved that pricking blood therapy can treat internal hemorrhoids,especially in the treatment of hemafecia,anal pain,prolapse.Pricking blood therapy significant efficiency is 93%,higher than the significant efficiency of oral diosmin tablets.It is easy to operate and requires simple equipment.Only need three-row needle,entoiodine,cotton swab and adhesive bandage.The operation is simple and easy to learn.The treatment cycle is short,and only one treatment can relieve the symptoms.It is a good choice for patients who do not want to take medicine,or are too busy to use topical suppository.The wound is located on the lower back,which is not sensitive to the pain,and is easy to be accepted by patients.The degree of pain is less than the pain after surgery,and it is an effective treatment for patients with mild symptoms,no need for surgery and refusing to surgical treatment.Small wound,pay attention to aseptic operation during the pricking blood therapy,pay attention to cover and maintain the wound after the operation.And it was not easy to be infected.Pricking blood therapy is the characteristic external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine surgery,which can make certain contribution to the improvement of the level of minimizing trauma and pain of the disease and this treatment of internal hemorrhoids deserve to promote.
