Two groups were recorded respectively on the gender, age and disease duration and other basic information, the two groups were observed after treatment, pain, bleeding, sentinel hemorrhoid change and after the first treatment, the cure rate second times after treatment of acute anal fissure cure rate and improvement rate of chronic anal fissure.Grade according to the related standard. The results are compared and scoring, data were treated with SPSS17.0medical statistical software, count data by x2test, measurement data using t test, statistical analysis was performed on two groups of related data.Results:The treatment group and the control group in the sex distribution, age, course of disease, pain degree change, two sessions of bleeding after changes and the effects of the size, hemorrhoids, through statistical analysis, no significant differences between the two groups (P>0.05); in the level of pain after the first treatment change, statistical analysis the treatment group was better than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The findings of the study, two groups of patients in acute stage of patients with anal fissure cure rate is higher, have certain curative effect in patients with chronic anal fissure, two groups no difference in effect, but in the anal pain relief time of treatment group was significantly better than the control group, pricking therapy can quickly relieve pain, or cure anal fissure, and pricking method simple, easy to learn, easy to popularize, has practical value and popularizing significance.
