Objective:To observe the method of biofeedback physical therapy and traditional Chinese medicine Qian Lie Shuang on treatment of CP/CPPS and moist heat blood stasis. Methods:To observe 72 cases of CP/CPPS and moist heat blood stasis patients the method of randomly.36 cases in therapertic group and 36 case in the control. Biofeedback physical therapy and Qian Lie Shuang Decoction were given to therapertic group, Qian Lie Shuang Decoction to control group. The efficacy was evaluated by the national institutes of health-chronic prostatitis symptom index (NIH-CPSI) and the WBC count in EPS after the treatment. Results:The overall NIH-CPSI scores were averagely reduced 18.89±7.64 in treatment group and 14.67±7.01 in control group before the treatment. The pain symptom scores were averagely reduced 9.69±4.06 in treatment group and 7.75±3.67 in control group before the treatment. Quality of the life scores were averagely reduced 6.89±2.64 in treatment group and 4.58±2.44 in control group before the treatment. Significant differences of reduces were found between two groups (P<0.05).The urination symptom scores were averagely reduced 3.31±1.92 in treatment group and 2.42±2.16 in control group before the treatment. Not significant differences of reduces were found between two groups (P> 0.05).Conclusion:The method of biofeedback physical therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine Qian Lie Shuang on treatment of CP/CPPS and moist heat blood stasis more effective, compared with only were treatment of traditional Chinese medicine Qian Lie Shuang.
