Objective:To evaluate the short-term clinical effect of the newly compiled wuqinxi combined with continuous passive motion(CPM)on the recovery of lower limb motor function after arthroscopic surgery in patients with degenerative meniscus injury.Methods:This study selected the sixty outpatients during December 2017 to October 2018,who were admitted by the the second ward of the orthopaedic.It affiliated to the First Clinical Medical School of Beijing university of Chinese medicine.These sixty patients with degenerative meniscal injury accepted the arthroscopic surgery treatment as the subjects of this study.All of the patients were randomly divided into observation group(the newly compiled wuqinxi group)and control group by the random number table method.There were 30 cases in each group.Observation group:11 male cases,19 female cases,the age range was 41 to 80 years old,the average age was(62.00±9.20).Control group:9 males cases and 21 female cases,the age range was 48 to 80 years,the average age was(64.83±8.77).Patients in the observation group received postoperative rehabilitation training in the mode of CPM combined with the newly compiled wuqinxii after the arthroscopy,while patients in the control group received postoperative rehabilitation training in the mode of CPM combined with conventional walking after arthroscopy.All the patients in the two groups were followed up postoperatively.Lysholm knee scores sale form and WOMAC score form were used for scoring and evaluation preoperatively,three months postoperatively and six months postoperatively,respectively.The postoperative recovery of lower limb function in the two groups was compared according to the scoring results,and the results were evaluated.Results:The patients in observation group(the newly compiled wuqinxi group)and control group before arthroscopic surgery with the Lysholm knee function average total score,respectively(47.70±16.80)and(49.33±14.10),the score of WOMAC score respectively(94.86±38.02)and(97.23±28.02).In the two groups of patients with preoperative Lysholm knee function score and WOMAC score between same kind score comparison,there were no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).In both groups,the total score of Lysholm knee function score at three months and six months after surgery was higher than that before surgery,while the total score of WOMAC was lower than that before surgery.Three months after surgery,the observation group Lysholm knee functional score averaged(56.16±13.42)and control group Lysholm knee functional score averaged(57.43±11.70),the score of WOMAC score respectively(71.83±24.55)and(72.36±16.36),the differences between the two groups of patients,in comparison with the same scoring method had no statistical significance(P>0.05);After 6 months,the Lysholm knee functional score of the observation group was(73.26±7.90),the Lysholm knee functional total score of the control group was(59.96±13.01),the WOMAC score of observation group was(46.43±13.74),the WOMAC total score of the control group was(61.40±14.74).The Lysholm knee function score of observation group was higher than the Lysholm knee function score of the control group obviously,and the WOMAC score was significantly lower than the the WOMAC score of the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Both of the the newly compiled wuqinxi combined with continuous passive motion exercise training and the rehabilitation training combined with continuous passive motion exercise training training of patients with degenerative meniscus injury after knee arthroscopic surgery can obtain certain curative effect in a short term.However,compared with rehabilitation walking training combined with continuous passive motion exercise training,the newly compiled wuqinxi combined with continuous passive motion exercise training can better reduce the postoperative pain and symptoms of limited function,and improve the quality of life of patients.
