Study On The Clinical Efficacy And Mechanism Of The Method Of Regulating Qi And Activating Blood In The Treatment Of Externally Blowing Breast Carbuncle During Stagnation Period

1 Research purposes:This study is to prospective randomized controlled trials to propose and verify that TCM qi and blood circulation treatment can affect the level of inflammatory markers in the blood of patients with external stagnation of stagnation by affecting TLRs-NF-?B signaling pathway.Furthermore,it controls the development of inflammation,attenuates the inflammatory response,and simultaneously down-regulates the level of inflammatory factors in the milk of patients,and controls the disease as soon as possible to achieve the mechanism of clinical cure for the purpose of clinical treatment of qi and activating blood circulation for external treatment of patients with stagnation of stagnation Theoretical basis.2 Research methods:This clinical study used a randomized controlled trial method,a total of 44 patients with diagnosis of external stagnation of stagnation sputum were collected,and all eligible patients were randomly divided into randomized patients.Two groups:the treatment group and the control group,each group containing 22 samples.3 research results3.1 The size of the lesions in the two groups after treatment and the size of the abnormal area of the touch in the breast examination after treatment were statistically significant.3.2 There were significant differences in the total number of white blood cells and C-reactive protein between the two groups after treatment.3.3 The VAS score and TCM syndrome scores of the two groups of patients were statistically significant.3.4 The percentage of neutrophils and the concentration of TNF-a in milk were not statistically significant.3.5 There was a statistically significant difference in IL-6 concentration and IL-8 concentration in the milk between the two groups.3.6 The total effective rate after treatment in the treatment group was 100%.The total effective rate after treatment in the control group was 86%.P<0.05 was obtained by chi-square test.The effective rate was statistically significant.The treatment group was better than the control group.4 Conclusions:The extent of lesions in the treatment group after treatment,the size of the abnormal touch area in the breast examination,the total number of white blood cells,the C-reactive protein,the VAS score,the TCM syndrome score and the IL-6 and IL-8 concentrations in the milk.The aspects were superior to the control group,and there was no statistically significant difference in the percentage of neutrophils and the concentration of TNF-a in the milk after treatment.
