Clinical Research Of Pulmonary Hypertension Associated With Respiratory Disease Or Hypoxia(Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis) In Treatment With Regulating Qi And Activating Blood Circulation

Objective:Application of Regulating qi and Activating blood circulation to treat with pulmonary hypertension associated with respiratory disease or hypoxia (qi stagnation and blood stasis) patients, We observe the clinical efficacy, in order to verify the clinical feasibility of this type of governance from the stagnation of qi stagnation and blood stasis, explore its mechanism of action medical treatment、 new ideas and a new method of excavation.to treat with pulmonary hypertension associated with respiratory disease or hypoxia (qi stagnation and blood stasis) with Chinese Medicine.Methods:60patients Meeted the inclusion criteria for this study were divided into two groups of30patients in the treatment group,30cases in the control group according to personal wishes (if willing to take herbal treatment). Western medical treatment given to the control group,and treatment group wre added with chinese medicine of regulating qi and activating blood circulation, what is called Xue Fu Zhu Yu Tang. Juice is200ml, taking into morning and evening, One hour after the meal, warm clothes, day1.After4weeks of treatment, Changes in the both groups patients were judged on inspection results about clinical symptoms points、echocardiography, arterial blood gas analysis,6-minute walk test, Borg Respiratory graded index. and the results were analyzed statistically.Result:In terms of clinical symptoms points、echocardiography, arterial blood gas analysis,6-minute walk test, Borg Respiratory graded index, the treatment group are better than the control group, and it is statistically significant.Conclusion:Application of Regulating qi and Activating blood circulation to treat with pulmonary hypertension associated with respiratory disease or hypoxia (qi stagnation and blood stasis) patients could significantly improve the clinical symptoms and exercise tolerance in patients、lower pulmonary artery systolic pressure, which is better than western medicine alone and improve efficacy greatly.The mechanism may be related to traditional Chinese medicine under the guidance of qi and blood circulation method can improve microcirculation and oxygen, relieve and restore pulmonary artery spasm, resist inflammation, protect vascular endothelial cells to promote repair of damaged parts, regulat immunity and other effects.
