Analyze The Application Law Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In The Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthritis Based On The Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Auxiliary System

OBJECTIVE:Using the Chinese Medicine Inheritage Support System(V2.5)to conduct data mining on the treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis(KOA)with traditional Chinese medicine from the frequency of drug use,prescription,core combination and new party analysis,with objective data as the main line,combined with professional theoretical knowledge and books,it reveals the application law of traditional Chinese medicine of KOA,and provides a certain reference for the clinical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine KOA.METHOD:Published in 1987-2018 in "China Journal Full-text Database","Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform","Chongqing Weipu Chinese Science and Technology Journal Library","Chinese Biomedical Literature Data",MEDLINE Elsevier:ScienceDirect,BIOSIS Preview,the literature on Chinese medicine treatment KOA was retrieved and extracted,and then the data mining was carried out with the aid of Chinese medicine inheritance system to explore the application of clinical Chinese medicine treatment of KOA.RESULTS:1.In this study,knee osteoarthritis and traditional Chinese medicine were used as keywords.A total of 159 articles and 208 prescriptions were used.A total of194 Chinese herbal medicines were used in the selected prescriptions,and the cumulative frequency of use was 2,582.Among them,the drugs ranked in the top 10 are:Achyranthes,Angelica,Safflower,Clematis,Heracleum,Akasaka,Lycopodium Japonicum,Myrrh,Frankincense,and Tougucao;statistically,the taste of drugs the order is warm,flat,cold,hot,cool;the order of the odor of the drug is pungent,bitter,sweet,sour,salty,and sputum;the drug is returned to the liver,the kidney,kidney,spleen,and heart are obviously more than the drug.Other drugs in the menstrual period are used less frequently.2.With the help of the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance platform system"data analysis system-prescription analysis-prescription law"module,set the support number41,the confidence leve10.6,the medication mode shows 21 groups of drugs compatibility,the drug combination in the top 10 is:1 Achyranthes,Mulberry Parasitic;2 Safflower,Achyranthes;3 Safflower,Lycopodium Japonicum;4 Safflower,Angelica;5 Aconiti Radix,Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix;6 Myrrh,Frankincense;7 Myrrh,Achyranthes 8 Frankincense,Achyranthes;9 Achyranthes,Chaenomeles Speciosa;10 Achyranthes,Lycopodium Japonicum.Its core drug is 16 flavors:Achyranthes,Angelica,Safflower,Clematis,Heracleum,Akasaka,Lycopodium Japonicum,Myrrh,Frankincense,Tougucao,Spatholobus,Sangha,Rehmannia,Chaenomeles Speciosa;Aconiti Radix,Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix.3.A total of 9 new prescriptions were extracted:1 Woody-White Mustard-Turmeric-Bixie-Arecae Pericarpium;2 White pelican-Licorice-Safflower-Lycopodium Japonicum?Tougucao;3 Cibotium barometz-Psoralen-Rhizoma Drynariae-Pyrola calliantha-Epimedium;4 Tinospora sinensis-Fructus Liquidambaris-Touguxiao-Artemisia anomala-Polygonum cuspidatum;5 Rehmannia glutinosa-Safflower-Tougucao-Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix-Frankincense;6 Clematis-Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix-Aconiti Radix-Poria cocos;7 Mulberry-Gentianae Macrophyllae Radix-Notopterygium-Heracleum-Ginseng;8 Lonicera edulis-Chuanxiong-Angelica-Common Anemarrhena Rhizome;9 Cistanche-Morinda officinalis-Yuanzhi-Semen Vaccariae-Comfrey.CONCLUSION:1.Traditional Chinese medicine treatment of KOA commonly used drugs are:Achyranthes,Angelica,Safflower,Clematis,Heracleum,Akasaka,Lycopodium Japonicum,Myrrh,Frankincense,and Tougucao;common drug combinations are:1 Achyranthes,Mulberry Parasitic;2 Safflower,Achyranthes;3 Safflower,Lycopodium Japonicum;4 Safflower,Angelica;5 Aconiti Radix,Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix;6 Myrrh,Frankincense;7 Myrrh,Achyranthes 8 Frankincense,Achyranthes;9 Achyranthes,Chaenomeles Speciosa;10 Achyranthes,Lycopodium Japonicum.2.This study found that the use of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of KOA decoction group when the use of cold and temperature,both offensive and collateral application,but the actual application is more focused on replenishing liver and kidney,warming and dispelling cold with hurricane dehumidification,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis as the main treatment method,the representative prescription such as Duhuo parasitic soup is added or subtracted.
