Objective:The study explored the therapeutic effect of ta on osteoarthritis of knee by means of digging up the correlation data of inflammation indexes and joint swelling and pain with ta of traditional Chinese medicine.Due to the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)Ta stains less treatment knee osteoarthritis clinical reports, there is no big data and evidence-based clinical data, based on this research can be Ta stains for traditional Chinese medicine will provide a scientific basis for treatment of knee osteoarthritis, fill in the domestic blank in this field, can also further prove that Chinese medicine Ta stains therapy effect, improve the external therapy of traditional Chinese medicine in the clinical application and promotion plan. Methods:The study choose from January 1,2013 to December 31,2018 in changchun university of Chinese medicine affiliated hospital treatment, and the first diagnosis of KOA hospital 14 consecutive days or more of the patient’s medical record as the research object, according to include and exclude standard strictly, screening part of medical records, establish a collection table, gender, age, record of before and after treatment the hs-CRP(mg/L),before and after treatment of ESR(mm/h),VAS scores before and after the treatment(points),joint swelling degree scores before and after the treatment outcome, joint swelling, joint pain intensity determine the original information,etc.SPSS23.0statistical software was used for statistical analysis of data. Results:According to the included 361 cases, the following results were obtained through statistical analysis :First, the rheumatology treatment area of our hospital accords with the traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis of damp-heat bi-obstruction(osteoarthritis of the knee)in more women than men,the ratio of male to female is 1:6.22;Second,in terms of age distribution, patients aged 56-65 years old accounted for 38.8% of the total number of patients in the study, patients aged 66-75 years old accounted for 32.9%,patients aged 46-55 years old accounted for 23.6%,and patients aged 38-45 years old accounted for4.7%.Third,the rank-sum test showed that the swelling degree before and after treatmentwas statistically significant(p<0.05),and the total effective rate was 92.79%.The difference of pain degree before and after treatment was statistically significant by rank sum test(p<0.05),and the total effective rate was 100% after treatment, which could further prove that the ta can significantly improve the swelling and pain of joints.Forth, comparison of hs-CRP before and after treatment, rank sum test and analysis showed that the hs-CRP value was different before and after treatment(p<0.05),and the hs-CRP value was reduced after treatment compared with the index before treatment, and the patients with hs-CRP reduced after treatment accounted for 84.21% of the total number, and 30.74% of the patients returned to normal.Comparison of ESR values before and after treatment, rank sum test and analysis showed that ESR values before and after treatment were different(p<0.05).After treatment,ESR values were lower than those before treatment, accounting for 64.27% of the total number of patients with reduced ESR,and6.93% of patients with normal indicators after treatment. It can be concluded that the ta of traditional Chinese medicine can reduce the markers of inflammation(hs-CRP,ESR)and even restore to the normal range. Conclusion:The results of this study showed that the application of ta,a good traditional Chinese medicine, can significantly reduce the inflammatory indexes(hs-CRP and ESR)of KOA patients in our hospital, and can control the symptoms of pain and swelling of KOA.Thus it can be seen that the ta of traditional Chinese medicine can be extensively applied to the clinical practice and provide a reliable basis for the application of this therapy.
