A Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Localized Neurodermatitis By Pricking Blood And Purging Blood

1.Objective:Through long-term clinical experience,we found that pricking collaterals and purging blood has a good therapeutic effect on localized neuroder matitis.However,at present,the clinical research on the treatment of localized neurodermatitis by Bloodletting with acupuncture mostly stays at the observation level of clinical symptoms,and there is little discussion and analysis of its mechanism.In this study,patients with localized neurodermatitis were taken as the research object.Triamcinolone acetonide and econazole cream(Perisone),a comm only used western medicine in the treatment of localized neurodermatitis,was used as the control drug.Skin lesion scores and efficiency were used as clinical obser vation indicators.Inflammatory factors:interleukin-6 and itching mediators:histamine was used as physical and chemical observation indicators,not only from clinical practice.The improvement of symptoms is to verify the effectiveness of bloodletting puncture in the treatment of localized neurodermatitis,and through the analysis of two physical and chemical indicators,to explore the mechanism of some of its therapeutic effect of them.2.Methods:63 patients with localized neurodermatitis who met the research criteria were randomly divided into two groups:pricking blood group(treatment group),32 cases,2 cases,30 cases;western medicine group(control group,31 cases),1 case,30 cases.The treatment methods of pricking blood group were as follows:after routine disinfection of the triangular needle,the lesion part and its surrounding area,the appropriate parts and areas of scattered and encircling prickles were selected according to the location,shape and size of the lesion.After pricking blood,the appropriate cupping cupping cupping was used immediately for the lesion part.After treatment,the patients were pasted at the operative site of triangular needle in order to protect the lesion.Keep the local skin clean and dry,avoid infection,once a week for 8 weeks.Western medicine group was treated with triamcinolone acetonide and econazole cream(Perisone,Xi'an Yangsen Pharm ace utical Co.,Ltd.)every morning and evening for 8 weeks.3.Results:(1)Comparison of the mean scores of clinical observation indicators between the two groups:before treatment,the mean scores of clinical observation indicators between the two groups were 21.65±5.16 in the pricking blood group and 20.61±4.13 in the control group.There was no significant difference in the mean scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the mean scores of clinical observation indexes in the two groups were 4.83±3.31 in the pricking blood group and 18±3.65 in the control group,respectively.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).(2)Comparison of the scores of clinical observation indexes after treatment:After treatment,the scores of skin lesion color,shape,area and accompanying symptoms in both groups decreased.Except for pruritus,the scores of pricking blood group were significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05).(3)The effective rate of the two groups was 93.3%in the pricking blood group and 73.3%in the western medicine group.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).(4)Analysis of inflammatory factors and physical and chemical indexes after treatment in the two groups:Before treatment,the mean values of interleukin-6 in pricking blood group and Western medicine group were 97.10±7.74 and 96.03 ±7.66 and the mean values of histamine were 81.33±8.16 and 79.93±7.78 respectively.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),which was comparable.After treatment,the mean values of interleukin-6 in pricking blood group and Western medicine group were 61.16±3.93 and 73.30±4.67 and the mean values of histamine were 45.09Q4.44 and 55.81±5.22 respectively.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).4.Conclusion:(1)Puncturing collaterals and purging blood has significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of localized neurodermatitis.Compared with the western medicine group,the effective rate is significa ntly higher than that of the western medicine group.(2)Puncturing collaterals and purging blood can significantly reduce the levels of interleukin-6 and histamine in the blood of patients with localized neurodermatitis,and improve the chronic inflammation and pruritus of the lesion.(3)The treatment of neurodermatitis by pricking collaterals and purging blood has the characteristics of high curative effect,less side effects and less recurrence,which is worthy of clinical application and further discussion.
