Treatment Of Primary (chronic) Anal Pruritus By Pricking Collaterals And Expelling Blood

Objective:Objective to improve the clinical observation of primary(chronic)anal pruritus by pricking collaterals and purging blood method,so as to provide a certain reference for the clinical promotion of pricking collaterals and purging blood method.Methods:Using the random number table method will be the second affiliated hospital of hunan university of TCM anus bowel division in January 2020 in December 2020 inpatient and outpatient treatment of primary(chronic)in 62 patients with anal pruritus were randomly divided into two groups,each group of 31 cases of observation group:patients using the tap thorn plum needle crissum skin lesions and the da-zhui li 11 points to clear skin redness,and may have slight bleeding degree;Control group:Triamcinolone acetonide and conazole cream were applied to the itching area for continuous treatment for 24 days.Quality of life index score of anal pruritus symptoms(including lesion area and color of anal moist skin lesions)and anal pruritus degree were scored in the two groups before and after treatment to evaluate the comprehensive efficacy and observe the adverse reactions.Results:1.Among the 60 patients,two cases fell off.Comparison of the efficacy of the two groups of patients after treatment:after treatment,the clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the effective rate of the observation group was 90%,and the effective rate of the control group was 66.67%.The observation group was higher than the experimental group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Two groups of patients in the treatment of 8 days,16 days,24 days after the anal itching symptoms(including lesion area,anal moisture,skin color)were improved than before,and through pairwise comparison between the two groups,the improvement of itching symptoms in the observation group was better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.By comparing the scores of anal itching degree before and after treatment in the two groups,both groups could improve the itching degree of patients,and the improvement of the itching degree in the observation group was higher than that in the control group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Comparison of skin disease quality of life scores(DLQI)between two groups before and after treatment:both groups could improve the quality of life scores of patients with pruritus(P<0.05),and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.After 1 month follow-up,it was found that the recurrence rate of patients in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and patients did not complain of obvious adverse reactions during the observation,and the cost performance was relatively high.Conclusion:The method of pricking collateral and reducing blood is an effective treatment in clinical practice,which can significantly improve the skin itching,skin lesions,exudation and quality of life of patients with primary(chronic)anal pruritus.After effective clinical observation,it can be promoted in clinical practice and further study.
