A Study On The Clinical Efficacy Of Pricking Blood And Purging Blood In The Treatment Of Herpes Zoster

Herpes zoster(HZ)is an acute infectious skin disease caused by varicella zoster virus.However,not all patients with herpes zoster virus will develop the disease.Because the virus is neurotropic,it can lurk in the neurons of the posterior ganglia of the spinal cord for a long time after infection.When the body has decreased resistance or fatigue during a certain period of time,it may catch a cold.Will cause the virus to proliferate again,move along the nerve fibers to the skin,and invade the corresponding nerves and skin.HZ has unilateral and ganglion distribution characteristics,often accompanied by pain,and the older the child,the more severe the neuropathic pain.The motherland of traditional Chinese medicine called HZ as,snake dan","arachidal","wound waist dan",which is caused by feelings of fire,wet poison,and related to emotions,diet and living disorders,leading to liver spleen and dampness.In the inside,the poisonous evils are invaded outside,the meridians are blocked between the waist and abdomen,and the blood stagnates on the surface of the skin.Adenosine cobalamin is a commonly used western medicine for patients with herpes zoster.Although it can improve the symptoms of patients,long-term intramuscular injection of adenosine cobalamin can easily affect the patient's treatment compliance,resulting in poor prognosis.Pricking blood and diarrhea therapy is a traditional Chinese medicine treatment method.It has the effects of phlegm and stasis,diarrhea,phlegm and dampness.It can also exert the effects of extracting poison,removing rot,releasing heat and promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.However,the clinical effect of patients with herpes zoster is more studied,less.OBJECTIVE:To investigate the clinical effect of pricking collateral blood therapy in patients with herpes zoster,and to provide ideas and methods for the treatment of herpes zoster.METHODS:Sixty six patients with herpes zoster who were treated in the dermatology clinic of Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the dermatology clinic of Guang'anmen Hospital from January 2018 to July 2018 were selected as subjects.The random number table was divided into control group(n=33)and treatment.Group(n=33).The two groups were treated with conventional methods.The control group was treated with adenosine cobalamin in external acupuncture,and the treatment group was treated with puncture and blood stasis therapy.Both groups were treated for 10 days.The visual analogue scale(VAS)method was used to evaluate the pain of the two groups before treatment and 3,5,7 and 10 days after treatment.The hospital self-designed questionnaire was used to treat local pain and local itching before and after treatment for 10 days.Burning sensation,fever,local lymphadenopathy,number of vesicles,number of vesicles,vesicular traits,ulcers,blisters,lesion area were scored;all data were processed using SPSS20.0 statistical software.Results:(1)The VAS scores of pain at 3,5,7 and 10 days after treatment were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).The pain VAS scores at 3,5,1 and 10 days after treatment in the treatment group,All were lower than the control group(P<0.05);(2)10 days after treatment,local pain,local itching,burning sensation,fever,vesicular traits,blisters,blister cluster number,area of skin loss scores were lower than before treatment(P<0.05);the treatment group had local pain,local itching,burning sensation,fever,vesicular traits,blisters,blister cluster number,area of skin loss etc.The skin lesion area score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).(3)The therapeutic effect rate of the treatment group was 100%after 10 days of treatment,which was higher than the control group(81.82%)(P<0.05).(4)There was no significant difference in the incidence of needle,hysteresis,subcutaneous hemorrhage and other incidences(P>0.05).Conclusion:The main results are as follows:(1)the treatment of pricking collaterals and purging blood can obviously improve the pain of herpes zoster without sequela pain.(2)pricking collaterals and purging blood can effectively relieve the main symptoms of herpes zoster(local tingling,blister,burning)and accompanying symptoms(fever,skin lesion area,etc.),shorten the course of treatment,and the method is safe,no adverse reactions..
