Research On The Integration Of Basic Medical Insurance System

The basic medical insurance system consists of urban worker medical insurance,urban resident medical insurance and new rural cooperative medical insurance.Since the promulgation of the State Council's opinion on the Integration of the basic Medical Insurance system for Urban and Rural residents(No.2016[3]),the integration of the medical insurance system of urban and rural residents has become the general trend of the times.The integration of the basic medical insurance system aims at establishing a unified national basic medical insurance,that is,"three guarantees in one" and covering the whole people with one system.Based on the differences of social and economic development among regions,this paper selects the representative regions of our country to analyze,and combines the experience of foreign countries with the overall medical insurance system.This paper explains the problems existing in the process of the integration of the basic medical insurance system.These problems mainly affect the integration path and the choice of the integration mode,and point out the direction of the future development of the basic medical insurance system in our country.Finally,according to the urgency of integration in different regions and the different levels of social and economic development,the measures to promote the integration of basic medical insurance system are given.
