Objective: To investigate the relationship between insulin resistance and serum antimullerian hormone level and obesity in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods: 220 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)admitted to Shengjing hospital affiliated to China medical university from January 2018 to October 2019 were selected.AMH levels and various indicators of PCOS patients with different BMI and HOMA-IR were compared and statistically analyzed.Results:(1)More than 50% of PCOS patients had insulin resistance,obesity,hyperandrogenemia and abnormal glucose tolerance.AMH,T and HOMA-IR were affected by age,and the older group had lower levels of AMH,HOMA-IR and androgen(P<0.05).(2)HbA1c in the obesity group was higher than that in the non-obesity group(P<0.05);AMH,LH/FSH and LH in the obesity group were lower than those in the non-obesity group(P<0.05).(3)The age of NIR group was higher than that of IR group(P<0.05).AMH,LH,LH/FSH and T in IR group were significantly higher than those in NIR group(P<0.05).(4)AMH was positively correlated with LH,LH/FSH,FAI,T,FINS and HOMA-IR,and negatively correlated with age,BMI and SHBG(P <0.05).In order of relevance size: T(r=0.356)> age(r=-0.315)> LH/FSH(r= 0.311)> FINS(r=0.265)>HOMA-IR =LH(r=0.223)> BMI(r=-0.208).(5)Multiple linear regression variables AMH can be explained by T,LH/FSH,FINS,SHBG,LH and BMI.When other factors remained unchanged,AMH decreased by 0.172 ng/mL for every 1 kg/m increase in BMI.Similarly,for each 1mmol/l increase in FINS,AMH increased by 0.220 ng /mL(P <0.05).Conclusion: Serum AMH levels are closely related to metabolic abnormalities in polycystic ovary syndrome.In patients with PCOS,AMH was positively correlated with HOMA-IR and negatively correlated with BMI.AMH combined with BMI and HOMA-IR level could assist in determining the degree of metabolic disorder of PCOS.
