Clinical Research On The Treatment Of Migraine With Acupuncture Based On The Theory Of "root Knot"

Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of acupuncture based on "root knot" theory in the treatment of migraine.The immediate curative effect was evaluated by VAS score,the overall curative effect was evaluated by headache integral method,the influence on mood status was evaluated by self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale,and the influence on quality of life was evaluated by quality of life scale.To provide reliable data for clinical application.Methods:1.Fifty patients with migraine were randomly divided into treatment group(25 cases)and control group(25cases)for 4-week treatment.2.Treatment group:(1)acupoint selection:acupoints were located according to the 13th five-year Plan textbook"Acupuncture and moxibustion"(edited by Zhao Jiping and Li Ying),Shaoyang headache was treated with ZUqiaoyin and Ashi acupoints,Yangming headache was treated with Lidui and Ashi acupoints,and Taiyang headache was treated with Zhiyin and Ashi acupoints,Jueyin headache was treated with Dadun and Ashi acupoints.(2)Operation:one aseptic acupuncture needle with Andy brand was used for0.25mm ×40mm and 0.25mm x 25mm.After determining the corresponding well point,the doctor first presses at the well point to find the obvious reaction point of pain.The doctor pointed the needle to the acupoint and told the patient to cough 2?3times.at the same time,the right hand was quickly inserted into 0.2?0.3 mm,and twirled quickly for about 10 seconds(the number of twists was not less than 20 times),and the patient was patted to the affected part with his hand along the meridians.The needle retention time is 20 minutes.(3)course of treatment:three times a week,the curative effect was observed after 4 weeks of continuous treatment.3.Control group:(1)selection of acupoints:Shaoyang headache take Zuqiaoyin side point and A shi side point,Yang Ming headache take Lidui side point and Ashi side point;Taiyang headache take Zhiyin side point and Ashi side point;Jueyin headache take Dadun side point and A shi side point.(2)Operation:one aseptic acupuncture needle with Andy brand was used for0.25mm × 40mm and 0.25mm × 25mm.Acupuncture selected parts,all acupoints into the needle depth of 0.1 ? 0.2 mm,puncture does not get gas,leave the needle for 20 minutes.(3)course of treatment:three times a week,the curative effect was observed after4 weeks of continuous treatment.4.Observation indexes:VAS score,headache integral method,migraine specific quality of life scale(MSQ),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)to evaluate(SDS)and safety index,etc.Results:1.Baseline comparison before treatment:there was no significant difference in sex,age,course of disease and education time between the two groups(P>0.05),which was comparable.There was no significant difference in the scores of MSQ,SAS and SDS between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).2.Comparison of curative effect between the two groups:the effective rate was 92%in the immediate analgesic effect group and 24%in the control group(P<0.01),suggesting that there was significant difference in the curative effect of VAS score between the two groups.The effective rate was 88%in the treatment group and 8%in the control group(P<0.01),suggesting that there was a significant difference in the evaluation of the curative effect between the two groups.The results showed that the treatment group in the immediate analgesic effect and overall curative effect have achieved significant results.3.Comparison of(MSQ)score of migraine specific quality of life scale:after treatment,MSQ score in the treatment group was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.01),and that in the control group was slightly lower than that before treatment(P<0.01);The total score of MSQ in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group.It shows that the treatment group can effectively reduce migraine attacks and improve the quality of life.4.Comparison of(SAS)score of self-rating anxiety scale and(SDS)score of self-rating depression scale:after treatment,the scores of SAS and SDS in the treatment group weresignificantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.01),while the scores of SAS and SDS in the control group were slightly lower than those before treatment.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The total scores of SAS and SDS in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group.It shows that the treatment can effectively alleviate the anxiety and depression of patients and improve the mood state.Conclusion:Acupuncture based on "root knot" theory is effective and effective in the treatment of migraine,and can effectively improve the quality of life and relieve emotional pressure,this study has the advantages of simple acupoint selection,simple operation and simple training.Patients can relieve migraine by self-pressing and kneading,which has a strong clinical promotion value.
