Clinical Observation On Acupuncture Treatment Of Primary Insomnia Of Liver Stagnation Fire Type Based On Root Node Theory Of Meridian Specime

Objective:In this study,Clinical efficacy of acupuncture on account of root node theory of meridian representative under the treatment of Primary insomnia(PI)of liver depression transforming into fire-transmission syndrome type,from start to finish therapy,the TCM syndrome classification scale scores,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Scale(PSQI),Insomnia Severity Index(ISI)were observed.Objective to compare the clinical efficacy of "specimen root node" acupuncture group and conventional acupuncture group in treating PI of liver stagnation fire type,to evaluate the intervention effect of acupuncture guided by the theory of "root node of specimen" on PI of liver stagnation and fire transforming type.In order to provide an optimized scheme for clinical treatment of this disease,reduce the use of sedative hypnotic drugs and adverse reactions.Method:The 64 patients with liver stagnation and fire type PI,were randomly divided into the root node acupuncture group(32 cases),and the conventional acupuncture group(32 cases).The therapy group was cured with acupuncture at selected points on the root knot of the specimen,while the observation group was cured with conventional acupuncture.The patients of the two groups were treated for 6 days weekly,and rested for 1 day each week,totally four weeks.After remedy with four weeks,the scores of TCM symptom scale,PSQI,and ISI before and after treatment were sorted out and counted,and the curative effect was analyzed.Result:1.General information:There was no conspicuousness varies in sexual distinction,age,and disease course about the groups(P>0.05),demonstrating that the two groups have comparability.2.Comparison around remedy within the group:The TCM symptom scale,PSQI and ISI scores of the sample root knot acupuncture group and the conventional acupuncture group were all under their before remedy,with extremely discrepancy(P<0.01).3.Treatment comparison about groups after treatment:After treatment,the TCM symptom scale,PSQI scores of the root knot group were significantly smaller than that of the conventional acupuncture group(P<0.01).And the ISI grade of the root knot group was substantially lower than that of the conventional acupuncture group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.According to the "specimen root knot" acupuncture and conventional acupuncture can ameliorate the clinical manifestation of patients with Primary Insomnia of liver stagnation fire type.2.The function of "specimen root knot" Acupuncture on improving sleep quality of patients is better than that of conventional acupuncture;"specimen root knot" acupuncture is worthy of clinical application.
