| Purpose:With the rapid development of today's social economy and increasing competition pressures such as society,life and work,migraine as a common physical and mental disease,its incidence is increasing year by year,has been classified as chronic dysfunction by the World Health Organization.One of the diseases[1]is at the same level as stroke,dementia,and mental illness.Among them,Migraine Without aura MO is the highest incidence of migraine,accounting for 80%of the total.It is characterized by recurrent episodes,mostly unilateral,pulsatile,moderate or severe headache,headache attack lasts for 4-72h[2],often accompanied by nausea,vomiting,photophobia,phobia,etc.,daily diet,emotional,fatigue,etc.can induce aggravation,the disease caused serious physical and mental damage to the patient's life,work,and study.At present,due to the etiology and pathogenesis of this disease,modern medicine is still unclear.The treatment of episodes is mainly oral analgesic drugs,but due to recurrent episodes,long-term application is required As a result,side effects and adverse reactions cause more damage to the patients.Severe damage,and long-term efficacy is easy to relapse[3],so it is important to explore the treatment of the di sease.Professor Zhang Mingbo has taken acupuncture and medicine combined with the treatment of the disease,and achieved good clinical results.Therefore,using the research method of evidence-based medicine,through clinical randomized controlled trials,taking MO patients as the research object,evaluating the clinical efficacy of the instructor combined with acupuncture combined with medicine from the liver to treat MO patients,and comparing the curative effect with the common western medicine group,exploring the effect difference In order to improve the clinical efficacy of this disease,to provide evidence for clinical treatment.Material and method:In this study,a randomized controlled trial was performed in a retrospective study.Sixty patients with MO were enrolled and randomized to a treatment group and a control group.Among them,30 patients in the control group were treated with oral flunarizine hydrochloride capsules alone.In the treatment group,30 patients were combined with acupuncture and medicine on the basis of the control group.The treatment group and the control group were treated once a day,half a month for 1 course,2 courses ended,and the degree of headache,the frequency of attacks and the duration of headache were followed up for 3 months after 1 week.The headaches of the two groups were compared Index,clinical efficacy and percentage of efficacy.Results:1.There were significant differences in the headache index between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05),indicating that both groups had improved pain in the treatment of MO,and the treatment group had better headache improvement than the control group.2.The percentage of treatment was significantly different between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group had better overall improvement in headache degree,number of episodes,and duration than the control group.3.Overall efficacy,treatment group:10 cases were cured,10 cases were markedly effective,6 cases were effective,2 cases were ineffective,total effective rate was 92.87%;control group 7 cases were cured,11 cases were markedly effective,6 cases were effective,5 cases were ineffective,total effective rate 82.76%.There was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion:1.Both methods can improve the headache symptoms of patients with MO,but the combination of acupuncture and medicine is superior to western medicine alone.2.Combined with acupuncture combined with liver treatment can significantly reduce the degree of headache,the number of headaches,and the duration of headache in patients with MO,and the overall clinical efficacy is better than the treatment of western medicine alone.3.This study initially proved that the instructor combined with acupuncture and medicine combined with the efficacy of patients with liver on MO,clinical safety and effective,no side effects,it is worth promoting. |
