Professor Huang Zhengde's Clinical Experience In Treating Night Sweats With The Method Of Removing Heat From Sweetness And Warming

The "Gan Wen Chu Re" method is a unique treatment method for traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)rooted in the basic theory and clinical practice of TCM by using Ganwen's medicine to treat internal injuries and febrile diseases.To research the academic experience inheritance teacher of Professor Huang Zhengde,who was one of the fifth batches of famous Chinese and TCM experts.To use the "Gan Wen Chu Re" method to distinguish and treat the academic origins of night sweats,To collate and analyze the academic thought and clinical practice of Professor Huang Zhengde's use of "Gan Wen Chu Re" method to distinguish and treat night sweats experience.To sort out and refine the medical case of the Huang teacher based on the "Gan Wen Chu Re" method of distinguishing and treating night sweats,inherit and carry forward the academic experience of Professor Huang Zhengde using the "Gan Wen Chu Re" method to treat night sweats,and unearth the diagnosis and treatment system of night sweats.It is of great significance to study and promote the theoretical basis and clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine to treat night sweats.This study adopts classical ancient books and literature collation methods to retrospect Professor Huang Zhengde's literature on the treatment of night sweat by "Gan Wen Chu Re" method,and then combs,refines and summarizes Professor Huang Zhengde's theory and clinical experience of differentiation and treatment of night sweat based on the academic thought of "Gan Wen Chu Re".This research mainly consists of four parts.The first part,discussing the understanding and treatment of night sweats by doctors.The second part,discussing the theoretical origins of Professor Huang Zhengde's use of Gan Wen Chu Re method to treat night sweats.The third part,discussing the clinical practice of Professor Huang Zhengde's use of Gan Wen Chu Re method to treat night sweats.The fourth part,summarize the innovations and shortcomings of the research.It was found that Professor Huang Zhengde used the Gan Wen Chu Re method to treat the main pathogenesis of night sweats in night sweats:Spleen and stomach internal injuries,lifting and descending of the vital energy Disorders,which lead to the Qing Yang does not rise,the water valley microscopic substances downwards into the wet,occluding the lower coke,suppressing the coke Yang gas,the wet turbidity is closed,the Yin fire is endogenous,as for the night,the Wei Yang is inside,the wet turbid Steamed,the muscles are not solid,so sweating.The treatment consists of "Gan Wen Chu Re",which is mainly composed of "Buzhong","Shengyang" and "Xie Huo".Among them,Buzhong Yiqi Decoction is the main prescription,and the clinical effect is considerable.Professor Huang Zhengde's treatment of night sweats by using Gan Wen Chu Re method is the inheritance and innovation of the academic thought of "Gan Wen Chu Re",but it also has its shortcomings.The development of Chinese medicine is a process of continuous exploration,questioning and practice.The proposal of this theory is undoubtedly providing new ideas and ways for the treatment of night sweats,and has made important contributions to the development of Chinese medicine.
