The Rules Of Modem Medical Data Of Yang Deficiency Syndrome And Treatment Based On Night Sweats

Objective:This paper is based on the medical records about Yang sweats of modern works and literature,by the combined method of analysis and related medication to collect medical symptoms and modern Yang sweats statistics,etiology,preliminary explore of the pathogenesis of sweating Yang deficiency,syndrome differentiation and treatment,in order to provide more reference and new method for the treatment of night sweats.Methods:(1)To manually search for "night sweats" "night sweat" and "perspiration syndrome" search term inventory for Shanxi University of Traditional Chinese medicine people's Health Publishing House nearly 30 years(January 1986 to November 2016)of the medical records,and check the relevant medical records to find Yang sweats.(2)In the Chinese Journal of full text database(CNKI),we searched related literature about "night sweats" in Chinese medicine for 30 years(January 1986 to November 2016),and selected the relevant literature about Yang deficiency and night sweats.The collection of the medical records of Yang sweats according to inclusion,exclusion criteria,the criteria of the motion related symptoms and medication were included in the Excel table,and then use SPSS17.0 statistical software for symptoms and medication were analyzed by frequency analysis,cluster analysis,to explore the etiology,pathogenesis of Yang deficiency sweats,syndrome differentiation and type the treatment on behalf of party.Results:In traditional Chinese medicine by people's Medical Publishing House in about 799 cases from the night sweats,selected in line with the medical records of 123 cases of Yang deficiency and night sweats.In Chinese Academic Journal Full-text Database(CNKI)to retrieve literature sweats 1322 articles,after screening and ultimately belongs to the cases included 70 cases of yang deficiency sweats.Two kinds of methods for collecting related medical records collected a total of 193 cases of Yang deficiency and night sweats,use of syndrome differentiation theory of medical records were classified and that associated with Yang deficiency is the main viscera sweats lung,heart,spleen,kidney,and classified results,including 32 cases of lung Wei Yang sweats,main symptom is to wake up sweating aversion to wind and cold,palewhite,weakness,medication is mainly by Astragalus,Atractylodes rhizome,cassia twig,peony;heart yang deficiency sweats in 28 cases,the main symptoms are cold sweating,palpitations Zheng Zhong,aversion to cold,is the main drug to cinnamon,cassia twig,peony,keel,oysters;35 cases of deficiency of spleen yang deficiency sweats,main symptom is abdominal distension,Abdominal pain,limbs not warm,the main use is the dried ginger,Atractylodes,Codonopsis;kidney yang deficiency sweats in 33 cases,the main symptoms are just sweating,lumbar acid cold,cold limbs,the main drug is aconite,cinnamon,Curculigo,Morinda;heart and kidney yang deficiency sweats in 31 cases,the main symptoms are palpitations Zheng Zhong,cold limbs,limb edema,lumbar acid cold,the main drug is Guizhi Fuzi,Xianmao;34 cases of spleen kidney yang deficiency is the main symptoms of sweating,cold limbs,waist and knee cold pain in the abdomen,diarrhoea,the main drug is aconite,dried ginger,cinnamon,Atractylodes and so on.Conclusion:In the treatment of night sweats,most doctors will be from the aspects of syndrome differentiation and treatment of yin deficiency,Yang deficiency caused by night sweats can not be ignored in clinical,clinical main clinical manifestations of Yang deficiency sweats after wake up sweating and cold,as identification and night sweats.In the treatment of Yin Yang study sweats on the type of treatment for lung Wei Yang type and representative is the Yuping Feng San and Guizhi Decoction,heart yang deficiency type and representative is Guizhi keel Oyster Soup decoction,spleen yang deficiency type and representative is Lizhongwan or Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction,kidney yang deficiency and on behalf of party is Jinkuishenqi pill or Yougui Pill,heart kidney yang deficiency and on behalf of PartyIs Oyster Soup Guizhi keel with Jinkuishenqi pill or Yougui Pill,spleen kidney yang deficiency and the representative prescription is Fuzilizhong pills or in pill Guifu.
