| Objective: Through observing the clinical efficacy and safety of Chuanxiongchatiaosanjiajian granules in treating cervical spondylopathy(CS),to explore the effect of the treatment on relieving neck and back brain pain and improving the living quality of patients with CS,in order to enrich the clinical treatment formulas of cervical spondylosis,and get better individual treatment.Methods: This study selected 37 patients with cervical spondylosis complicated with posterior brain pain who were treated from June 2017 to June 2018.Patients were divided into treatment group and control group by random number table method,including 19 cases in the treatment group and 18 cases in the control group.The treatment group was treated with Chuanxiongcha-tiaosanjiajian granules,while the control group was treated with Gegentang granules.The course of treatment is two weeks.Patients were assessed by visual analogue scale(VAS)and cervical dysfunction index(NDI)before and after treatment.Results: There were 37 cases(19 cases in the treatment group and 18 cases in the control group)who were able to perform according to the experimental scheme and complete data collection,and no statistical significance was found in age,gender and course of disease between the two groups.1.Comparison of TCM efficacy after treatment between the two groups showed no statistical significance(P>0.05);2.There was no significant difference in VAS score and NDI between the two groups after treatment and before treatment(P>0.05).3.After treatment,VAS score and NDI were compared between the two groups,with statistical difference(P<0.01).Conclusion:Compared with the control group,the VAS score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,and the NDI score was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),suggesting that the improvement effect of Chuanxiongcha-tiaosanjiajian granules on the pain and dysfunction of CS was better than that of Gegentang granules. |
