Clinica Research On Ultro-micro ChuanxiongChatiaosan Treating Migraine With Wind-cold Evil

Objective:To observe the effect of Ultro-micro ChuanxiongChatiaosan in treating Migraine With Wind-cold Evil; and to explore its therapeutic mechanism as well as its effect on intracerebral hemodynamic.Methods:60 patients with migraine due to Wind-cold Evil were divided randomly into two groups:Ultro-micro ChuanxiongChatiaosan group(30 cases), traditional ChuanxiongChatiaosan group(30 cases) respectively for 7 day’ treatment, After treatment, all clinical data and the intracerebral hemodynamic were compared among two groups.Results:1. There were no significante difference between Ultro-micro Chuanxiongchatiaosan group and traditional Chuanxiongchatiaosan group(p> 0.05).2. Ultro-micro Chuanxiongchatiaosan nourishing Migraine With Wind-cold Evil significantly relieved the symptoms such as whole headache, a sharply painful, pain on one person’s back, like to wrap head in a scarf, intolerance of cold, dizzy, nasal tampon, hollow sound and having high lightness in the mouth but thirsty. 3. Applying the two groups to treat migraine could decrease greatly the intensity of headache, the lasting time index of headache, the times of headache and the index of headache. The effect of Ultro-micro Chuanxiongchatiaosan group was more significant4. The two groups could improve and adjust the abnormal hemodynamic significantly, the effect of Ultro-micro Chuanxiong chatiaosan group was more significant.5. The intracerebral hemodynamic of different arteries in patients with migraine didn’t change at the same time and with the Same degree. The changes of anterior cerebral artery and middle cerebral artery were the most apparent, and the others didn’t change significantly.Conclusions:The effect of Ultro-micro Chuanxiongchatiaosan on Migraine With Wind-cold Evil is certain. The possible mechanism of treating migraine lies in improving the blood circulation of the head, increasing the volume of blood flow, relaxing blood vessel, then adjusting the diastole and systole ability of intracerebrovasculars as well as the indexes of Vp. Vm. Vd. PI of intracerebrovasculars. In view of Ultro-micro Chuanxiongchatiaosan has the virtue of saving medical material, decreasing cost, quality controlling, convenience, sanitation and safety, it has more practical value.
