Objective: By observing the flavored aconite decoction on cervical spondylosis of nerve root type(cold bizu certificate)clinical efficacy,to guide the clinical treatment on cervical spondylosis of nerve root type.Methods:According to the cases into and exclusion criteria,from January 2020 to December 2020 in the first affiliated hospital of hunan medical university during orthopedics outpatient clinic,included in the standard of 60 cases of outpatient service(cold bizu certificate)on cervical spondylosis of nerve root type patients,according to the principle of randomized controlled trials,after the order number into the group,patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.On the basis of the same general treatment,the treatment group was treated with modified aconitou decoction,and the control group was treated with Huoluoxitong capsule.The course of treatment was 30 days.The overall efficacy,subjective VAS score,20-component scale of Yasushi Tanaka’s cervical spondylosis,toxic and side effects and adverse reactions were observed before and after treatment.Related data were recorded and analyzed.Results: 1.There were no significant differences in gender,age,disease course,VAS score and 20-subscale score between the treatment group and the control group,indicating comparability.2.Through intra-group comparison,there were statistically significant differences in overall efficacy,VAS score and20-component scale score between the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment(P< 0.05).Both modified aconitou decoction and huoluoxitong capsule could relieve pain in patients with cervical spondylopathy of nerve radiculopathy(Feng-cold Bi Syndrome)and improve the neck and shoulder function of patients.3.Through the comparison between groups,30 days after treatment,the overall efficacy of treatment group,VAS score,20 component table score were superior to control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05),suggesting flavored aconite decoction in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type(cold bizu certificate)in terms of its overall curative effect and relieve patients’ pain and the improvement of the status of patients with neck and shoulder function is better than loose Xiao Tong capsules.Conclusion: 1.The modified aconitou decoction can effectively relieve the pain and improve the neck and shoulder function of patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(wind cold obstruction syndrome),and the effect is better than Huoluoxitong capsule.2.Modified aconitou decoction has good safety in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(wind-cold obstruction syndrome).
