| Objective :Through the San Miao san to observe the clinical curative effect of topical treatment of subacute perianal eczema of damp heat type,improve the evaluation comparison of after treatment of anal symptoms and signs,confirmed that the use of San Miao san in the treatment of subacute perianal eczema,for further treatment of wet heat bet of subacute perianal eczema provides a new treatment idea type.Methods:Choose jun 06,2015-2016 years in the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine(Sichuan Province Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine)anorectal outpatient and met the inclusion criteria of damp 69 patients with perianal eczema type.Divided into two groups according to random permutation table,including 35 cases in the experimental group,control group of 34 cases.Of 69 cases of inclusion criteria included in standard name,age,gender records,clinical data including records of complaints,present illness,past history,family history,personal history,anal eczema,anal rectal examination,microscope examination,analysis of TCM syndrome differentiation,syndrome type,and to consciously pruritus symptoms and local signs integral evaluation before treatment.The treatment of two groups were treated with warm water bath,clean and dry,the experimental group used San Miao san,gauze bandage fixed;the control group was given the She Huang gao,gauze bandage fixed.Two groups of patients were treated as a course of treatment for 7 days,the morning and evening of the drug every day for 1 times,continuous treatment of two courses of treatment.During the treatment period,the improvement of local symptoms and signs were observed before and after treatment for 7 days,14 days and record score,at the same time observe the adverse reaction during the treatment.The data were statistically analyzed,and the conclusion was drawn.Results:1.There was 33 patients completed the test in the experimental group,the total effective rate was up to 90.9%,and there was 31 patients in the control group,the total effective rate was up to 87.1%,by statistical analysis,there was no significant difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups(P>0.05).2.After treatment,the total scores of symptoms,signs and symptoms were significantly different compared with those before treatment in the two groups(P<0.05),after treatment,the symptoms and signs of the two groups were compared,the results showed that there was no significant difference in improving the itching? rash shape and reducing the rash area(P>0.05),the two groups has the similar effects.3.There was significant difference in the improvement of leachate between the two groups(P<0.05),it is proved that San Miao san is better than She Huang gao in the effect of improved perianal exudate.4.By statistical analysis,after course of 1 treatment and course of 2 treatment,in the symptoms,signs and the total score of the symptoms,there was no significant difference in the comparison between the two groups(P>0.05).Both groups in internal comparison(P<0.05),the results showed that there were significant differences in the improvement of symptoms and signs before and after treatment in the two groups,and the treatment time was longer,the effect was more significant.5.The 3 month follow-up results of patients cured in two groups: the experimental group had 2 cases of recurrence,the recurrence rate was 16.7%;the control group had 3 cases of recurrence,the recurrence rate was 25%;two groups of the recurrence rate comparison,no statistically significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion:1.San Miao san and She Huang gao can be used for the treatment of damp heat type subacute perianal eczema,and the effect is quite.2.In the improvement of itching and rash shape,narrow the scope of the rash,the effect of San Miao san and She Huang gao is quite.3.In the treatment of perianal eczema exudate,San Miao san is better than She Huang gao,clinical promotion.4.After 3 months,the recurrence rate of the two groups was quite the same. |
