Clinical Observation Of Acupoint Massage Combined With Heweizhiyu Fang In The Prevention And Treatment Of Nausea And Vomiting During Chemotherapy Of Breast Cancer

Objective: The purpose of this study was to determine the efficacy of point massage combined with Heweizhiou Formula in the treatment of nausea and vomiting caused by breast cancer chemotherapy by observing the effective rate of each therapeutic index of patients in each group,and to determine the advantages of point massage combined with Heweizhiou Formula in the treatment of this disease by comparing the changes of various factors in each group.Method: Collected in January 2018-January 2019 hospitalized patients mammary gland of our hospital,a total of 90 cases,both for the diagnosis of breast cancer in patients receiving chemotherapy regimens AC-T,30 cases were randomly divided into acupuncture point massage group,and stomach anti-nausea party group and control group,30 cases with gastric anti-nausea point massage combined 30 cases,three groups are high,medium to vomit chemotherapy scheme,at the same time give the same anti-nausea conventional western medicine.The point massage group began to massage(NeiGuan,ZhongWan,Zusanli)from the first day of chemotherapy,lasting for 4 days.The Heweizhiou Formula group started to take The Heweizhiou Formula from the first day of chemotherapy,one dose per day,and took for 21 days;Two periods in a row.Patients were observed for nausea,vomiting and appetite,safety evaluation and occurrence of toxic and side effects,and the collected results were collated and statistically analyzed to determine the clinical efficacy and safety of point massage combined with Heweizhiou Formula.Results: 1.The P values of age,body surface area,tumor stage and pre-treatment cj score of patients in each group were all more than 0.05,showing no statistical significance.2.The effective rate of point massage combined with stomach-stopping vomiting prescription in the first and second cycles was 83.3% and 90.0% respectively,both of which were better than point massage group and stomach-stopping vomiting prescription group,and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).On the second to fourth day of treatment,the improved rate of nausea in the point massage group combined with the Heweizhiou prescription group was higher than that in the two groups alone,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The control rate of late-onset vomiting and the improvement rate of appetite in the point massage group and the Heweizhiou prescription group were higher on the second,third and fourth days than the other two groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.Point massage group combined with Heweizhiou Formula group can improve the symptoms of constipation and dizziness,and improve the quality of life of patients.Conclusion: The therapeutic effect of point massage combined with Heweizhiou Formula is better than Heweizhiou Formula decoction and point massage decoction alone in improving nausea and vomiting and appetite loss caused by breast cancer chemotherapy.It is still necessary to further increase the clinical sample size,multi-center randomized observation study.
