ObjectiveThe patients undergoing chemotherapy with breast cancer were treated with auricular compression method to observe the gastrointestinal side effects such as nausea and vomiting, and then to evaluate the therapeutic effect of auricular compression method on patients with nausea and vomiting.MethodsSeventy patients from all eligible patients were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into two groups.35 cases of control group with conventional chemotherapy,30 min before and after chemotherapy choose ondansetron 8mg/times,intravenous drip. After stopping chemotherapy, ondansetron 8mg/time every 12 h,intravenous drip.Used for 5 days. The treatment group on the basis of the control group, one day before chemotherapy began daily 7-11 points ear acupoint pressure paste.Until the end of a cycle of chemotherapy. The incidence and index of nausea and vomiting were observed on the 7th day and the 7th day after chemotherapy in each group, and the antiemetic efficacy was evaluated. The vomiting of single chemotherapy in each patient was recorded. All data were entered into SPSS20.0 for statistical analysis.Patients' general information such as age, selected chemotherapy regimen and staging were t-test.The count data described percentage, rate;complete remission rate of nausea and vomiting, effective rate Of the comparison using chi-square test;all tests to take bilateral test,P<0.05 considered statistically significant.ResultIn the analysis of 70 cases of this study found that two cases of control group patients with incomplete data, while a treatment group patients withdrew. The actual study of 67 cases, the treatment group and the control group were 34 and 33 cases. Before chemotherapy, the two groups had no statistical significance in terms of age, body surface area,Karnofsky's score, white blood cell count, number of chemotherapy,TCM syndromeand chemotherapy regimen. After the completion of chemotherapy, the total effective rate of CINV in both groups was statistically significant, followed by control group: 57.58%and treatment group: 79.41%.Comparing the two groups of patients with acute vomiting found no significant difference, but its delayed vomiting have significant differences. In improving appetite, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe results of the comparative analysis found that the selection of auricular pressure paste method for breast cancer patients after chemotherapy surgery vomiting, nausea and other symptoms have some improvement.Ear pressure can reduce the incidence of delayed vomiting;auricular pressure paste can significantly enhance the appetite of patients.
