Objective:On the common pathogenesis of chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting and the main treatment.Selected Zhang Zhongjing's prevent vomiting formula Xiao-Ban-Xia-Tang,Ban-Xia-Xie-Xin-Tang,Xuan-Fu-Dai-Zhe-Tang and Fu-Zi-Li-Zhong-Tang.Different prescription on the comparative study of the treatment effect and mechanism of acute and delayed vomiting.To specific treatment effect and explaining the mechanism of their own.Methods:The chemotherapy rat pica model was established by intraperitoneal injection of cisplatin.The amount of kaolin consumption of rats was used as an indicator of nausea and vomiting.Xiao-Ban-Xia-Tang?XBXT?,Ban-Xia-Xie-Xin-Tang?BXXXT?,Xuan-Fu-Dai-Zhe-Tang?XFDZT?,Fu-Zi-Li-Zhong-Tang?FZLZT?based design in rats intervention chemotherapy for acute and delayed vomiting model.Ondansetron,Aprepitant as control drug.Observation of 0-24h and 24-72h rats general condition?including kaolin and food consumptions,water consumptions,body weight,stool,etc.?;duodenum,medulla oblongata tissue pathological change;5-HT,substance P content in serum,duodenum,medulla oblongata were measured by ELISA.5-HT3A receptor,NK-1 receptor expression were detected by immunohistochemistry method.Results:At 0-24h and 24-72h total kaolin consumptions of animal model group were significantly more increased than normal group?P<0.01?.On the comparison with model group;Zhongjing's prevent vomiting formula group could significantly inhibit total kaolin consumptions?P<0.01?.XBXT could decreased 5-HT contents in rat's duodenum and medulla oblongata?P<0.05?,significantly decreased substance P contents in duodenum and medulla oblongata?P<0.01?,decreased substance P contents in serum?P<0.05?,significantly decreased NK-1 receptor expression levels in medulla oblongata?P<0.01?.BXXXT could significantly decreased 5-HT contents in rat's serum duodenum and medulla oblongata?P<0.01?,significantly decreased substance P contents in serum and medulla oblongata?P<0.01?,decreased substance P contents in duodenum?P<0.05?,significantly decreased 5HT3A receptor expression levels in duodenum and medulla oblongata?P<0.01?,significantly decreased NK-1receptor expression levels in medulla oblongata?P<0.01?.XFDZT and FZLZT could significantly decreased 5-HT and substance P contents in rat's serum duodenum and medulla oblongata?P<0.01?,significantly decreased 5HT3A receptor and NK-1receptor expression levels in duodenum and medulla oblongata?P<0.01?.Conclusion:Zhongjing's prevent vomiting formula could intervene in CINV.XFDZT and FZLZT could intervene in acute and delayed CINV,significantly improved relevant indicators.BXXXT could intervene in acute and delayed CINV,significantly improved acute CINV relevant indicators,Improved partial delayed CINV relevant indicators.XBXT could intervene in acute and delayed CINV,but only Improved partial relevant indicators.
