| ObjectiveTo explore the curative effect of Tieshu Bugusan combined with manual reduction and small splint fixation in the treatment of comminuted fracture of the distal radius in the middle and late stages,so as to provide reference for clinical practice.MethodsFrom March 2017 to November 2018,60 patients with comminuted fracture of the distal radius were treated with manual reduction and small splint fixation to restore the normal wrist anatomical relationship to the greatest extent.After removing the splint,60 patients were randomly divided into two groups: 30 in the experimental group and 30 in the control group.The experimental group was treated with Tinshu Bugu San combined with functional exercise,while the control group was treated with functional exercise.Exercise plus hot towel topical treatment.Evaluation of reduction of fracture and functional recovery of wrist joint.ResultsThe average follow-up time was 10.6 months(July 13 months).58 patients were followed up,2 patients were lost to follow-up.All patients were successfully restored.Radial height,palmar inclination and ulnar deviation of all X-ray films were recorded at the first and sixth weeks after manual reduction.At the 6th,8th and 12 th weeks after operation,standard radiographs of wrist joint were taken to observe fracture healing and callus growth.Wrist joint function was assessed with Gartland and Werley Wrist Joint Function Score 3and 6 months after operation.ConclusionManual reduction combined with splint fixation for comminuted distal radius fracture has satisfactory curative effect.Ironing Shu Bugu Ointment can promote fracture healing,improve joint function,reduce traumatic arthritis and improve patient's quality of life in the middle and late stages of fracture.The whole treatment process has low cost and accurate curative effect.It is a goodtreatment method in the middle and late stages of fracture and is worthy of clinical application.. |
