[Research Objectives]1、To develop a quantized、simulative training system of distal radius fracture fixed by small splint, To supply teaching equipment for basic clinical skill training of Traumatology and Orthopedics of Traditional Chinese Medicine。2、To achieve the basic clinical skill of Traumatology and Orthopedics of Traditional Chinese Medicine, using small splint to fix distal radius fracture, quantitative、objective and visible。make teaching practicability、simplicity and repeatability come true, and improve medicos’ level in using small splint to fix distal radius fracture。3、To reduce the differences between different teachers teaching.4、Medicos will master the basic clinical skill of Traumatology and Orthopedics of Traditional Chinese Medicine uniformly through teaching and training。Then the safety about medical technology of Traditional Chinese Medicine will be assured.【Research Methods】Using the pressure sensor technology and modern computer software engineering, Design and manufacture the simulation model for distal radius fracture fixed by small splint, and develop the data collection system and visual data representation software。Collecting the data of 5 experts whose major are Traumatology and Orthopedics of Traditional Chinese Medicine when they manipulate the skill on the model。Based on the experts data, establish a set of standards for clinical teaching and assessing。Then make sure the process of training and examine, thereby, build a small splint external fixation of distal radius fractures quantitative simulation training system, apply to clinical teaching.Using randomized controlled and blinded design way to assess the effect of the two different teaching methods.60 subjects were randomly divided into two groups (Group A、 Group B) by SPSS 23.0; 30 subjects each group; Group A is experimental group、Group B is matched group; Subjects in Group A were trained by the small splint external fixation of distal radius fractures quantitative simulation training system; Subjects in Group B were trained by traditional teaching way。Finally, all the subject, no matter in Group A or Group B, would be tested by the small splint external fixation of distal radius fractures quantitative simulation training system and clinical teachers。【Research Results】All the 60 subjects complete the training and examination, No one lost。The scores (x ±S) of Group A tested by quantitative simulation training system is 73.67±14.11, The scores (x±S) of Group A tested by teachers is 91.00±3.85; The scores (x±S) of Group B tested by quantitative simulation training system is 68.87±15.07, The scores (x ±S) of Group A tested by teachers is 89.57±4.15。Analysis of the scores were by using SPSS23.0。the statistical analysis results: Compared all the subjects scores tested by quantitative simulation training system with tested by teachers, there has statistically significant results。 Compared Group A subjects scores with Group B subjects scores which all tested by quantitative simulation training system, there has no statistically significant results。Compared Group A subjects scores tested by quantitative simulation training system with tested by teachers, there has statistically significant results。 Compared Group B subjects scores tested by quantitative simulation training system with tested by teachers, there has statistically significant results。Compared Group A subjects scores with Group B subjects scores which all tested by teachers, there has no statistically significant results。From what has been discussed above, we hold the opinion:in training and teaching effect, there are same between small splint external fixation of distal radius fractures quantitative simulation training system and clinical teacher。What is more, traditional clinical teachers training way can be replaced by the small splint external fixation of distal radius fractures quantitative simulation training system which was developed by our research。 And in the aspect of examination, the small splint external fixation of distal radius fractures quantitative simulation training system is more objective and reasonable。【Research Conclusions】1、Preliminary developed the small splint external fixation of distal radius fractures quantitative simulation training system, The simulation model for distal radius fracture fixed by small splint measures accurately, owns good stability and repeatability to meet the need of this study。 The visual data representation software is easy and audio-visual to use。2、The small splint external fixation of distal radius fractures quantitative simulation training system could be applied to clinical training and examination, besides, its training effect is no less than teachers training effect, moreover, it is more objective and reasonable。3、The training and test way of the small splint external fixation of distal radius fractures quantitative simulation training system could be accepted by subjects.
