Objective: After the reduction of distal radius fracture was completed,the clinical curative effect of small splint immobilization for distal radius fracture treated by external application of orthopedic washing drugs was compared with that of simp le small splint fixation.To explore the clinical application value of orthopedic medicine in the treatment of distal radius fracture.Methods:A total of 72 patients with distal radius fractures were collected and divided into two groups according to two different treatment methods.After manual reduction,the patients were divided into two groups: group A(treated with external application of orthopedic washing drugs combined with small splint fixation)and group B(treated with manual reduction and simple splint fixation).Comparison of imaging measurements from two groups of patients,pain course To observe the clinical effect of orthopedic medicine in the treatment of distal radius fracture.Results: The patients in the experimental group and the control group were treated with splint fixation and immobilization conservatively.After 1 week,2 weeks,and 4 weeks,the anterior and lateral films of wrist joint were taken to find out the reduction,redisplacement and healing of the fracture.Imaging measurements showed that during the treatment observation period,the experimental group and the control group began splint fixation treatment until the removal of splint,X-ray imaging measurement of the affected limb(ulnar angle,palmar inclination angle),Radial height)P > 0.05 at all angles,indicating that there was no difference when the reduction was completed.There was no significant difference in P > 0.05 between the two groups after 1 week and 2 weeks and 4 weeks after reduction,which indicated that the method was feasible and did not increase the risk of redisplacement of fracture.The VAS scores of the patients in the test group and the control group were all more than 0.05 when the swelling score was measured,and that in the two groups was all < 0.05 when the swelling score was measured at 1 week,2 weeks and 4 weeks.The functional evaluation of the two groups after removal of splint was also superior to that of the control group.This indicates that the external application of orthopedic washing med icine has a good effect on the recovery of wrist joint function.Function.Conclusion:The external application of orthopedic medicine can effectively relieve the skin tension at the broken end of the fracture,which can reduce the pain and control the swelling.The wrist joint function of the patients after small splint fixation is better.Therefore,orthopedic medicine washing combined with small splint fixation can not only bring into play the advantages of small splint fixation combined with static and static fixation to promote fracture healing,but also effectively improve the swelling of wrist soft tissue and significantly reduce the complications of splint fixation.It can be used as a combination of clinical therapy to alleviate the pain of patients and promote the recovery of wrist function.
