The Theoretical Basis And Clinical Study Of Mechanism Of Syndrome Of Qi And Blood Deficiency And Stagnation In Cardiac Neurosis

Purpose of Topics-chosen: 1.Based on the connotation and extension of mechanism of syndrome of Qi-blood deficiency and stagnation,the relationship between mechanism of syndrome of Qi-blood deficiency and stagnation and cardiac neurosis was discussed,the significance of Qi-blood deficiency and stagnation syndrome in the pathogenesis of cardiac neurosis was discussed.Therefore,it could be provided theoretical basis of rules and prescriptions for the treatment of cardiac neurosis(Qi-blood deficiency and stagnation syndrome).2.The efficacy and safety of Care-free psyche-nourishing decoction was observed and evaluated in the treatment of patients with cardiac neurosis in Qi-blood deficiency and stagnation syndrome through randomized and controlled clinical research.Research methods: This study was expected to include 72 patients with cardiac neurosis with Qi-blood deficiency and stagnation syndrome(all patients who were treated in the Cardiology Department of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine from December 2018 to December 2019),there were divided into test group and control group with 36 cases in each group.The common treatment methods of the two groups were performed as: the worry and suspicion of patient were reduced through listening and counseling;Oryzanol tablets were administrated in 20mg/time,3 times a day,which was orally taken for 4 weeks;If the heart rate is too fast,metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets were administrated in 23.75~47.5mg/time,once a day,which was orally taken for 4 weeks.In addition,the research group was given Care-free psyche-nourishing decoction,which was Chinese medicine decoction for 300 ml per agent,it was orally taken 150ml/time,2 times a day for 4 weeks.The TCM symptom scores and total scores of each patient before and after treatment were recorded,and the data were analyzed by using SPSS21.0 software to evaluate the efficacy.Safety assessments for before,during(2 weeks),and after(end of the study)treatment were performed by means of general examinations,the relevant physical and chemical examinations,the follow-up studies and others.Research results: 2 cases were excluded in the test group and 5 cases were excluded in the control group.A total of 65 patients was included and completed in the study.1.Before treatment,the two groups were shown without statistically significant in terms of age,gender,course distribution of disease,heart rate and the symptoms points and total points of TCM(P> 0.05),which were comparable;2.The symptoms points and total points of TCM before and after treatment in the test group were statistically different(P <0.05);3.The comparison of the TCM symptoms scores and total scores before and after treatment in the control group showed that the five symptoms as sweating,dizziness,forgetfulness,rib-side distention or pain,and susceptible sigh were shown without statistically significant(P>0.05),and other symptoms points and total points both were shown without statistically significant(P <0.05);4.After treatment,in the comparison between the two groups,the symptoms points and total points of TCM were statistically significant(P <0.05);5.The total effective rate of the test group was significantly higher than that of the control group(94.1% and 54.8%,respectively),which was statistically significant(P <0.05);6.There were no abnormalities in safety monitoring indicators and other adverse reactions in the two groups of patients.Research conclusions: 1.Care-free psyche-nourishing decoction combined with oryzanol treatment and oryzanol individual treatment can effectively reduce TCM symptoms total scores of patients with cardiac neurosis in Qi-blood deficiency and stagnation syndrome(P <0.05),and the former treatment was better than the latter one(P <0.05).2.In the treatment of cardiac neurosis with Qi-Blood deficiency and stagnation syndrome,the overall effect of Care-free psyche-nourishing decoction combined with oryzanol was significantly higher than that of oryzanol individual treatment(the total effective rates were 94.1% and 54.8% respectively,and P <0.05).3.Care-free psyche-nourishing decoction combined with oryzanol treatment and oryzanol individual treatment for cardiac neurosis with Qi-Blood deficiency and stagnation syndrome was shown that there were no abnormalities in safety monitoring indicators and other adverse reactions,with the excellent safety.4.Care-free psyche-nourishing decoction can effectively treat cardiac neurosis with Qi-Blood deficiency and stagnation syndrome,improve the clinical symptoms of patients,with the excellent safety.
