Clinical Observation Of Liqi Tongbi Decoction Combined With Ear-point Pressure Beans In The Treatment Of Cardiac Neurosis(Syndrome Of Liver Depression And Fire Clamping Phlegm)

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Liqi Tongbi Decoction combined with ear point pressure beans in the treatment of cardiac neurosis(Syndrome of liver depression and fire clamping phlegm),and to provide effective clinical data for the treatment of cardiac neurosis by TCM combined with TCM characteristic therapy.Methods: 90 patients diagnosed as cardiac neurosis(Syndrome of liver depression and fire clamping phlegm)meeting the inclusion criteria were selected from Yantai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2021 to December 2021,and were randomly divided into control group,treatment group 1 and treatment group 2 with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given metoprolol tartrate 25 mg,twice a day and Oryzanol 20 mg,three times a day;the treatment group 1 was given Liqi Tongbi Decoction,200 ml twice a day;the treatment group 2 was given Liqi Tongbi Decoction combined with ear-point pressure beans for a course of 4 weeks.TCM syndrome score,Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)score,Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)score,recurrence rate of the three groups before and after treatment were observed,abnormal safety indexes and other related adverse reactions were recorded,and the total effective rate was compared.Statistical methods SPSS 25.0 statistical software was used for data analysis.Results: 1.There was no statistical significance among the three groups of patients after comparison of gender,age,TCM syndrome scores and other general data,which was comparable.2.All the three groups could improve the TCM syndrome score after treatment(P <0.05).The total effective rate of TCM syndrome efficacy in the treatment of group 2 was96.7%,the total effective rate in the treatment of group 1 was 93.3%,and the total effective rate in the control group was 70.0%.It was better than the control group in the main symptoms of shortness of breath,palpitation and chest pain(P < 0.05).3.Hamilton(HAMA)anxiety scale score comparison: three groups of treatment can reduce the Hamilton(HAMA)anxiety scale score(P<0.05),the effect of treatment group2 is better than treatment group 1(P<0.05),treatment group 1 is better than the control group(P<0.05).4.Hamilton depression Scale(HAMD)score comparison: three groups of treatment can reduce Hamilton(HAMD)depression scale score(P<0.05),treatment group 1 and treatment group 2 were similar,better than the control group(P<0.05).5.Comparison of recurrence rate at 4 weeks of treatment: no recurrence was found in the treatment group 2,6 cases of recurrence in the treatment group 1,the incidence of 20%,a total of 11 cases of recurrence in the control group,the incidence of 36.7%,the recurrence rate of the treatment group 2 was lower than that of the control group and the treatment group 1(P < 0.05).6.There were no obvious adverse reactions during the observation period,and the safety was good.Conclusion: The preliminary results show that Liqi Tongbi decoction combined with ear point pressure beans can significantly improve the total score of TCM symptoms of cardiac neurosis(Syndrome of liver depression and fire clamping phlegm),improve clinical symptoms;At the same time,it can reduce the total score of HAMA and HAMD of patients with cardiac neurosis(syndrome of liver depression and fire clamping phlegm),and improve the anxiety and depression of patients.And Liqi Tongbi decoction combined with ear-point pressure beans in anxiety and recurrence rate is better than Liqitongbi decoction and western medicine;Liqi Tongbi decoction combined with ear-point pressure beans in the treatment of cardiac neurosis(Syndrome of liver depression and fire clamping phlegm)has good clinical efficacy,fewer side effects,low recurrence rate,has good clinical application value.
