Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Cardiac Neurosis(tan And Qi Stagnation Syndrome) By Combination Prescription Of Sinisan And Kaixinsan

Objective: In this research,SiniSan and KaixinSan were used to treat the Cardiac neurosis of Tan and Qi stagnation Syndrome.To observe the efficacy and safety of it in improving symptom and Traditional Chinese Medicine syndromes of Cardiac neurosis.To provide basis for the treatment of cardiac neurosis with Traditional Chinese Medicine,Methods: In this study,72 outpatients of Professor Jiang Lihong were selected from the heart disease center of our hospital from December 2018 to January 2020,all of whom met the inclusion and exclusion criteria.According to the order of patients’ visits,patients were randomly divided into control group(36 patients)and test group(36 patients).The control group was given placebo granules,which were taken with 300 ml warm boiled water,once in the morning and once in the evening,150 ml each time.The test group was given the granules of SiniSan and KaixinSan,which were taken with 300 ml warm boiled water,once in the morning and once in the evening,150 ml each time.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.Observe the improvement of Cardiac neurosis and TCM syndrome before and after treatment.Data of all patients were analyzed by SPSS 21.0.Results: There was no significant difference in age,gender,course of disease,liver function and renal function between the two groups(P > 0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in HAMA score before treatment(P = 0.883 > 0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the scores of HAMD before treatment(P = 0.625 > 0.05).Before the treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were compared with no statistical significance(P = 0.923 > 0.05).After treatment,there were significant differences in HAMA score,HAMD score and TCM syndrome score between the two groups,with statistical significance.After treatment,the two groups were significantly better than before;after treatment,HAMA score between the two groups was compared,P = 0.00 < 0.01,with significant difference,with statistical significance,indicating that the test group is significantly better than the control group;after treatment,HAMD score comparison between the two groups,P = 0.044 < 0.05,with difference,indicating that the test group is better than the control group;after treatment,TCM Syndrome score comparison between the two groups,P = 0.00 < 0.01,with significant difference,with statistical significance,indicating that the test group is significantly better than the control group.Conclusion: SiniSan and KaixinSan can effectively improve the related symptoms of cardiac neurosis,and can significantly reduce HAMA and other scores...
