Resident standardized training is a kind of clinical practice that medical graduate students training in the big hospital as resident doctors.The purpose of this training is to improve graduate students' ability.As one of the important part of medical human resources,graduate students have much theoretical knowledge but lack of practical experiences.Therefore,work in the hospital immediately after college education will have negative effects to the quality of medical service.Especially in remote areas,medical workers lack of the opportunity of training courses,the quality of treatment can not be guaranteed.People receive treatment in big hospital other1 than small health agency is a universal phenomenon.Resident standardized training is the best solution to solve this problem,is the guarantee of the medical level.This article focus on Yunnan province which located in remote area,pay attention to current situation of resident standardized training work,expect to be the reference frame for others.This study include two parts,one part analysis the current situation of training bases in Yunnan province from medical levels,the quality of teachers and facilities.Besides,analysis the grades of completion assessment and the result based on questionnaire survey of administrative staff can fully reflect the situation of Resident standardized training works in Yunnan.Another part as Yunnan First People hospital as example,based on low teaching enthusiasm problem,analysis the problems of clinical teachers and design the solution to improve the quality of teaching.The results have four points.1.Medical levels,the quality of teachers and facilities of training bases in Yunnan have differences.Good medical resources and opportunity concentrated in provincial level hospitals that located in Kunming.The facilities in prefecture-level have differences,especially for traditional Chinese medicine hospital can be lower.2.The shape of the grades of completion assessment was skewed distribution,average score was high,but assistant examination was low.3.the training work have some problems Currently,like the infrastructure is not perfect,administrator make little of this training,especially for no feedback platform and the training not focus enough.4.teachers works(54%)be deemed as the key of resident standardized training.But we short of teachers and have no effective incentive system.Focus on these problems,this article established the second order model,and compared different clinical teachers' degree of satisfaction.The result shows the interaction between gender and age,gender and major,age and teaching experiences have great influence to the degree of satisfaction.Based on this,design the incentive plan include performance management,network platform,remuneration & incentive system and unified training standards.
