Experience Summary On Diagnosis And Treatment Of Bronchiectasis Of Professor Yanping Zhang Based On Data Mining

Part 1:analyse the clinical record of professor Zhang Yanping by data miningObject:To summarize the experience of professor Zhang Yanping on diagnosis and treatment of bronchiectasis,Through analysizing the clinical record of professor Zhang Yanping by data mining.Method:75 cases diagnosed as bronchiectasis by professor Zhang Yanping,including 128 clinical datas,were collected through Xiyuan hospital of Chinese academy of Chinese medicine basis data acquisition system.By using descriptive statistics,association rule,clustering analysis and data mining methods,summarize the experience of professor Zhang on justification of bronchiectasis,type distribution,drug use frequency,dd and subtract medicine and drug compatibility.By the way of man-machine combination,summarize the comprehensive academic experience of professor zhang on diagnosis and treatment of bronchiectasis.Result:The data mining results of 128 clinical data showed that main symptoms were cough and expectoration,phlegm color yellow,breath,and wheezing etc.The main syndrome types are tanreyufei syndrome、qixuxueyu syndrome、tanreyongfei syndrome、feipiliangxu syndrome、qiyinliangxu syndrome,respectively accounting for 67.2%、54.7%、25.8%、14。1%、12.5%.The main treatments are qingrehuatan、huatanzhike、jianpiyiqi、bufei zhikepingchuan,respectively accounting for 95.3%、71.9.3%、61.7%、52.3%、50.8%.frequently-used Chinese herbal medicine are waxgourd seed、rhizoma phragmitis、cordate houttuynia、Platycodon grandiflorum、wild buckwheat、Peucedani、astragali radix、Rhizoma Pinellinae Praeparata、coix seed、Scutellaria baicalensis、Poria cocos etc.Conclusion:① Data mining type display bronchiectasis disease often witness have phlegmy heat yu lung qi deficiency,blood stasis,phlegm heat indicates pulmonary syndrome,lungs and spleen deficiency syndrome,qi and Yin deficiency syndrome,etc.,related to the expansion card type research basic consistent.② Zhang Yanping professor treated bronchiectasis with therapy,such as heat phlegm,heat cool blood,invigorate the circulation of hemostatic,spleen and replenishing qi and nourishing Yin fluid,etc.,with Phragmitis Decoction add and subtract.Part 2:A meta-analysis of the effectiveness of Phragmitis Decoction for treating bronchiectasisObject:evaluating the effect of Phragmitis Decoction in the treatment of bronchiectasis,summarize the basis of using the Phragmitis Decoction in treating bronchiectasis.Method:Clinical data computer controlled clinical trials to retrieve the Cochrane library databases,Pubmed database(1980-2017),OVID database(1980-2017),Chinese journal full-text database(1955-2017),Chinese biomedical journal database(1989-2017),China’s science and technology periodical database(1989-2017),Chinese journal of biomedical literature database(1978-2017),the databases of journal literatures of traditional Chinese medicine(2003-2017),ten thousand"colloquium of libraries in China"(1996-2017).Ten thousand square dissertation database of the People’s Republic of China(1996-2017).To retrieve the proceedings of the national respiratory diseases conference by hand;The references in the appendix of relevant articles are also reviewed.Other retrieval tracking and retrieval related reviews,including references in the literature,are as relevant as possible to reduce the possibility of leakage detection.The two evaluators independently extracted the data and assessed the quality of the literature based on the criteria provided by the Cochrane Handbook for Systematic Review of studies,using the RevMan 5.3 software for meta-analysis.Result:By information retrieval,7 randomized controlled trial including 436 patients meet the standards.Meta analysis showed that Conventional western medicine treatment with the using of Phragmitis Decoction is superior to pure western medicine routine treatment on total effective rate(OR=5.15,95%CI=2.71-9.76,P<0.00001),expecially the improvement of white blood cells(MD=-1.96,95%Cl=-2.60--1.33,P<0.00001).Conclusion:Professor Zhang on the basis of the pathogenesis of bronchiectasis,advocates use Phragmitis Decoction to treat the bronchiectasis,providing evidence support for the treatment of bronchiectasis in the use of Phragmitis Decoction in the future.
