Objective: To observe the effect of Magui liquid on bladder tissues in rats with cystitis glandularis,and to provide the experimental basis and theoretical basis for the treatment of cystitis glandularis.Method: Bladder perfusion of Escherichia coli solution in adult female SD rats,Successful establishment of gonococcal cystitis rat model.He model rats with cystitis glandularis were successfully established by bladder instillation of Escherichia coli.The successful model rats were given Magui liquid(group 1: once a week;group 2:twice a week),pirarubicin and physiological saline for eight weeks.Then,the bladder tissues of rats in each group were given pathological examination and electron microscopy assay,and the Bcl-2,Bax expressions were detected.The changes of the structure of bladder mucosa in rats were detected.Results After the perfusion of Magui liquid,Results: The Escherichia coli group were confirmed with cystitis glandularis by the conventional pathological examination and transmission electron microscope of the bladder specimens.The results of pathology and transmission electron microscopy showed that Magui Liquid could inhibit the damage of inflammatory cells and repair cells.Compared with the physiological saline group,the Bax and Bcl-2 gray mean were statistically significant(P<0.05),the diffrences between Magui liquild groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Compared with pirarubicin and physiological saline group,the Bcl-2/Bax in Magui liquild groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),the Bcl-2/Bax between Magui liquid groups has no statistically significant(P>0.05).In the expressions of PTEN and Survivin,the average gray values of Magui Liquid group 1,2 and pirarubicin group compared with the saline group,with statistical significance(P<0.01);Magui Liquid group 2 and pirarubicin group,no statistical significance(P>0.05);Magui Liquid group 1 and group 2compared with statistical significance(P<0.05).The expression of PTEN and Survivin protein,Magui Liquid group 1,2 and pirarubicin group compared with the saline group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);Magui Liquid group2 and pirarubicin group,no statistical significance(P>0.05);the group 2 was better than the group 1(P<0.05).Conclusion: Instillation of Escherichia coli in the bladder in rats can cause cystitis glandularis,and the pathological manifestations are similar to those of the cystitis glandularis in people,in accordance with this,the animal models of cystitis glandularis can be made.Magui liquid bladder perfusion has obvious therapeutic effect on SD rats with cystitis glandularis.Compared with the pirirubicin group,Magui liquid has a certain repair effect on the damaged bladder tissue.Magui liquid can regulate the expression of Bcl-2 and Bax.The inhibitory effect of Magui liquid on cystitis glandularis cells.The expression of PTEN and Survivin can be up regulated by the Magui liquid to a certain extent,It is proved that Magui liquid has a certain effect on preventing cancer.
