Study On The Mechanism Of Anti-inflammatory Effect Of Maguiye On Uncontrolled Inflammation In Glandular Cystitis

Objective To study the intervention of Magui liquid on the role of uncontrollable inflammation in cystitis glandularis.Methods Lipopolysaccharides was used to stimulate human CRL-9520 SV-HUC-1 cells,and they were divided into normal cell group,model group,Magui liquid group,and anti-endotoxin group.The different time periods of each group were determined by ELISA.Inflammatory factors IL-1?,TNF-?,IL-6 content.Results The inhibition rate of different concentrations of Magui liquid on the proliferation of experimental cells was detected,and the best concentration for the effect on experimental cells was 50 mg/m L.Then,low-dose LPS was used to stimulate normal human CRL-9520 SV-HUC-1 cells and prolonged the culture time to96 h.It was found that the levels of IL-1? and TNF-? in the culture supernatant of Magui liquid were significantly reduced in each time period,and the performance As the action time of the drug prolonged,its content gradually decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).In the comparison of the IL-6 content in the cell culture supernatant of each group at different time periods,we found that the IL-6 content of the Magui liquid group was higher than that of the anti-endotoxin antibody group and the normal group for 24 hours,and that the IL-6 content of the Magui liquid group was higher than that of the anti-endotoxin antibody group and the normal group.There was no statistically significant difference between the endotoxin antibody group and the normal group.Conclusion LPS stimulation of human CRL-9520 SV-HUC-1 cells can lead to changes in cytoinflammatory factors.Magui liquid can down-regulate the levels of inflammatory factors IL-1? and TNF-?,up-regulate the levels of IL-6,improve cell inflammation,and promote glands.Cystitis heals.
