Clinical Observation Of Duhuojii Decoction Combined With Glucosamine In The Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthritis (Deficiency Of Liver And Kidney Syndrome)

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Duhuo Jisheng decoction combined with glucosamine for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(type of liver and kidney deficiency).Method:Using the random number table method.60 patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.30 case in each group.The experimental group use Duhuo Jisheng decoction combined with glucosamine,in the control group,glucosamine was used,all groups are treated for 28d.Before and after treatment,the knee joint pain,stiffness,daily life and clinical efficacy were compared and observed.Results:(1)Comparion of clinical curative effect:the clinical total effective rate in the two groups have difference(P<0.05),the experimental group was 93.33%the control group was 73.33%the clinical curative effect of experimental group is better than that of control group.(2)Comparison of curative effect index:the improving of the pain and stiff of knee osteoarthritis,daily life improving and clinical curative effect in the two groups before and after treatment with significant difference(P<0.01).Comparison between the two groups after treatment group,in terms of pain,test group score decreased significantly(P<0.01);Score in the aspect of morning stiffness,test group decreased significantly(P<0.01);In daily life,the most significant the experimental group score(P<0.01),Three aspects of knee joint shows the difference of the test group in daily life to improve pain,morning stiffness,improve effect were better than the control group.Conclusion:It is effective that Duhuo Jisheng decoction combined with glucosamine treatment of knee osteoarthritis(type of liver and kidney deficiency)in improving pain,morning stiffness and daily life,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
