| Purpose:To investigate the influence of "Fufang Hangbai Ye" on the sebum of the scalp of the androgenetica alopecia patient, For the clinical treatment of Alopecia seborrheica provides a more convenient and effective traditional Chinese medicine treatment.Metheods:Included in the standard of 108 cases of patients, randomly divided into three groups. A group of 36 cases,treated by "Fu Fang Hang Bai Ye"and "Bi Xie Shen Shi Tang";B group of 36 cases,treated by "Fu Fang Hang Bai Ye";Cgroup of 36 cases,treated by "Bi Xie Shen Shi Tang".Each month record patients at a time,three months after the curative effect evaluation.By comparing before and after treatment and grease percentile symptoms integral, and analyze it with the software of SPSS 17.0 for windows.Results:Clinical observation showed,Three groups after treatment compared with before treatment scalp grease percentile has no obvious difference.Three groups after treatment the hair loss, itching, scurf is obviously improved. And there is no obvious difference of three groups in improving the hair loss.Three groups of treatment methods to improve the symptoms of itching, scurf effect is not the same. Improve the symptoms of itching effect of group A is better than that of group B and group C; Improve the symptoms of itching effect is better than that of group B group C. Improve the symptoms of scurf effect of group A is better than that of group B and group C; Group B and group C improve the symptoms of scurf effect has no obvious difference. No obvious adverse reaction in the process of treatment to patients from the test.Conclusion:the conclusion by analyzing the test data, liquid compound cortex phellodendri in spleen and stomach syndrome seborrheic alopecia patients with scalp oil percentile has no obvious improvement. Compound cortex phellodendri fluid can effectively improve the symptoms of hair loss, itching, scurf. Does not appear obvious adverse reaction in the process of the treatment, good safety. |
