Objective :To investigate the therapeutic effects of exercise therapy in patients with frozen shoulder by kinesio taping with foam rolling, and to explore the changes in the psychology and physiology of periarthritis of shoulder by the combination of intramuscular effect and foam axis exercise intervention.Internal efficacy intervention foam axis provides theoretical basis and practical guidance in the treatment of middle-aged and old people with periarthritis.Method: Recruitment of research objects through consultation in the community. The subjects were aged 45 to 65 years old,and 36 of them volunteered to participate in the experiment. They were randomly assigned to the kinesio tapingwith Foam Rolling(KTFR group,n=12)and Foam Rolling group(FR group,n=12)and the control group(Con group,n=12).The control group was treated with conventional physiotherapy exercises.KTFR group and FR group received shoulder foam rolling exercise, and KTFR group performed kinesio taping treatment after that. Before and after the intervention, the subjects were tested for anxiety,VAS changes in shoulder pain, shoulder joint function, and myoelectricity in the shoulder muscles. The data obtained from the test was statistically analyzed using SPSS 22.0.The single factor ANVOA and paired sample t-test were used for analysis of the experimental data.Results:1)There were no statistically significant differencesin anxiety scores,VAS,scores,Constant-Murley overall scores, and shoulder surface electromyography between the three groups before the experimence.2)the overall State-Trait Anxiety scores, the Trait anxiety scores,State Anxiety scores of the subjects in the CON,FR and KTFR groups after the intervention were all significantly lowered. After the intervention, there were significant differences among the three groups in the state, trait and overall scores, which was indicated by that the KTFR group was significantly better than the FR group and the CON group(P<0.01),while the difference between the FR group and the CON group was not obvious.3)three interventions had significant lowered the VAS scores. After the intervention, the VAS of the three groups of periarthritis patients was compared. The result of the KTFR group was significantly(P<0.01)better than the CON group, and the FR group.4)Paired sample T-tests showed that all the three interventions had significant improved the shoulder functional scores. After the intervention, the shoulder function scores of the three groups of patients with periarthritis of the shoulder were compared, and the results showed that the KTFR group was significantly better than the FR group and the CON group(P<0.01).5)Electromyographic tests on the shoulder muscles of the CON group, the FR group, and the KTFR group showed that the myoelectric activity of the muscles in each part increased. Conclusion:Three methods have achieved good curative effect on the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis, which can improve the pain, shoulder function limitation and muscle activity performance of periarthritis patients, but the overall curative effect of KTFR group is better than that of FR group and control group.KTFR group was superior to FR and control group in anxiety traits, status and total score. In terms of pain relief,KTFR performance was also superior to the control group.Shoulder function recovery on the KTFR group was also better than that of the FR and conventional controls. Therefore, the effect of kinesio taping on patients with shoulder arthritis after performing foam rolling functional exercise has a good result.
