Objective:The objective law of acupuncture operation is discussed and the speed and frequency of acupuncture manipulation are quantitatively evaluated.The repeatable experimental data are provided for clarifying the similarities and differences of acupuncture twirling and reinforcing and reducing manipulation or strong or weak stimulation.Methods: The volunteers were randomly divided into 3 groups: the primary group,the graduate student group and the physician group.The twisting reinforcing method and the reducing method were operated for 3 minutes each.The electrical signals of twist manipulation were recorded by the biological function experiment system.The recorded twisting signals were selected for 30 seconds in the same time period,and all the internal waveforms were measured by electronic ruler for 30 s.The time difference between wave peak and trough and the mean value of left turn rate,right turn rate,wave peak height,wave trough height and peak valley height difference are calculated,and the force of twisting left turn and right turn is calculated according to the peak and valley height.And according to peak-valley unit time to calculate the frequency of twist manipulation.Results:1.In reinforcing methods,between the three groups of left turn rate,right rate of comparative differences were significant(P<0.01),of which the graduate student group's rate of twist and turn left(16.24±1.28mm/s)greater than the primary group(13.66±0.57mm/s);The group of physicians(18.60±0.48mm/s)had a higher left-turn rate than that of the primary group and the graduate group,while the right rotation rate was compared with the primary group(12.36±0.90mm/s)>graduate group(10.63±0.75mm/s)>physician group(9.09±0.79mm/s);There was no statistically significant difference between left-turn and right-turn dynamics,and in each group,the peak value of left turn intensity and right turn intensity peak had significant statistical significance(P < 0.01),and the left turn intensity peak value waslarger than the right turn intensity peak value.;2.In addition,there were statistically significant differences in frequency between the three groups(P<0.05),and among the three groups,the primary group twirling and filling method was the fastest,followed by the graduate group.The physician group was the slowest.3.Twisting reducing method of acupuncture,rate of turn left,turn right rate between the three groups have significant difference comparing the statistical significance(P<0.01),a left turn rate comparison: physicians group(13.79±0.80mm/s)>graduate student group(12.03±1.30mm/s)> the primary group(9.95±1.13mm/s),turn right rate comparison: physicians group(23.25±0.56mm/s)> graduate student group(21.12±0.81mm/s)> the primary group(19.14±1.11mm/s);In the comparison of strength,there was no statistically significant difference between the three groups in either the left or right turn,but there were significant differences in the peak value of left turn and right turn in each group(P<0.01),and the peak value of the right turn is greater than the left turn.4.When ruducing,the difference of frequency between three groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).Among the three groups,the frequency of the primary's twirling was the slowest.Second in the graduate group;The physicians group was the fastest.Conclusions: By comparing and analyzing the objective parameters of the twirling manipulation of the three groups of volunteers,it can be concluded that:1.Among the three groups,the physician group had the most skillful manipulation of acupuncture twirling and reinforcing and reducing manipulation,which was manifested in the slow turn from left to right,the slow frequency,the fast turn from right to left,and the fast frequency.2.Compared with the physician group,the twisting rate and frequency of the graduate group and the primary group are insufficient.The twisting rate and frequency can be used as the reference index for the training and evaluation of the students.3.There is no obvious difference in dynamics when the operators ofdifferent levels carry out the same technique.In the operation of twisting complement method,the three groups generally accord with the weight of the left turn force and the right turn force light,while the three groups can generally achieve the right turn force heavy and the left turn strength light when the twisting method is operated.4.The combination of acupuncture teaching instrument and biological function experiment system can record and analyze needle twisting manipulation intuitively and in real time.Students can refer to the skill of teaching teachers and compare with each other to increase their skill level.
