The Clinical Investigation Of The Relationship Between Acupuncture Point Manipulation Differences And Deqi Rate

Objectives By recording,sorting and summary manipulation differences,patients' and doctors' seneation in clinical acupuncture,we explore the law of Deqi and study the relationship between manipulation differences and occurrence rate of patients' and doctors' seneation.and provide perspectives for further study on the influential factors of Deqi rate,at the same time provide methodological guidance to improve the clinical curative effect.Methods This study is a clinical observation research,collected 509 patients with acupuncture clinics from December 2016 to December 2017 of Baoding First Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The patient's general situation and acupuncture technique differences(operators,Angle of the acupuncture manipulation,acupuncture direction,acupuncture depth),Deqi,medical sense(needle stab hands feel down tight),etc.The data was collected into the Excel database and statistical software SPss20.0 was used for data statistics and management.Results 1 There are many different feelings,fullness?sorenss and numbness appear easily.The differences in gas type and occurrence rate of different acupoints are larger.2 The Deqi rate of the use of horizontal patenting,deep puncture,straight spur or oblique puncture was significantly higher.The effect of ping bu and ping xie is the most important to the treatment rate.3 The influence factors of Deqi and conduction of different acupoints are specific.Through the analysis of the data of the four points of the temple,the cavity,the cavity and the middle pole,the manipulation factors are the main factors that influence the Deqi rate of the acupoints.In addition,the Deqi rate of the air cavity was higher when the deep puncture was carried out.For conduction phenomena,the temple is mainly affected by acupuncture depth and direction.The central cavity is mainly influenced by depth and technique.The hole is mainly affected by acupuncture direction;The yifeng hole is mainly affected by acupuncture depth.4 Patient's feeling is not the gold standard of Deqi: Director B's Deqi cure rate significantly higher than director A,but the medical feeling is opposite.In the unaerated and medicated acupuncture,66 acupuncture has obvious objective performance.Conclusions Use flat,deep,straight or oblique puncture can significantly improve the air rate.Acupuncture technique is the main influencing factor of medical feeling.There are differences in the main factors that influence the needling sensation type of different acupoints.The subjective acupoint of the patient is not the gold standard of measurement.
