| Objective:As an important of acupuncture manipulation,the focal arrival of aca-esthesia is the key to obtain curative effect.In this study we aim to provide clinicians and decision makers with evidence which can guide and help the clinic better by the means of data mining to find a-nd analyze the potential specific rules and characteristics for different a-cupuncture manipulations to the focal arrival of aca-esthesia therapy on suitable disease,selection principle of acupoints,the direction of channel qi transmission routes and clinical efficacy etc.by collecting,organizing and summarizing the extensive relevant papers.Methods:1 Extensive reading of literature,medical articles and records about the acupuncture manipulations to the focal arrival of aca-esthesia.Determine retrieval methods,retrieve and select the literature related the acupuncture manipulations to the focal arrival of aca-esthesia by computer retrieval and artificial screening based on CNKI.According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria to download valid documents of the research for including and dealing with the relevant information.2 Establish an independent network database platform of the Acupuncture manipulations to the focal arrival of aca-esthesia,according to the characteristics of literature information and input relevant literature information which meet the requirement.Database records the journal name,documents,title,source of genera,cases of disease,acupuncture points,treatment,curative effect and other information.Carry out preliminary experiment by selecting part of the literature to standardize the input information and modify the database platform in scientific entries.3 Establish database based on the template according to the requirement of standard setting and specification by reading and analyzing the literature related the Acupuncture manipulations to the focal arrival of aca-esthesia.Input the valid information and data and record strictly in accordance with the 3-level auditing system audit to reduce the error.4 Set the relationship between the different Acupuncture manipulations to the focal arrival of aca-esthesia and disease,disease general,principle of acupoints,the direction of channel qi transmission routes,the clinical efficacy and use a comprehensive,statistics,analysis of OLAP technology to the database,and finally form the results data in the form of a professional report,query results to the researchers.And evaluate the results according to the principles and methods of evidence-based medicine.Results:1 In our study,489 articles were recorded according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria.All kinds of the Acupuncture manipulations to the focal arrival of aca-esthesia appeared for a total frequency of 770 times.The basic technique was of the highest frequency of 630 times,the other two auxiliary technique and traditional technique(FeijingZouqi)was to the emergence of 70 times each.The database was related to the department of internal medicine,surgery,gynaecology,paediatrics,six genera.The basic and auxiliary technique was used highest in department of internal medicine which emerged in the frequency of 311,44,while the traditional technique was used in the surgery of the highest frequency for 37 times.The basic technique was more widely used than the other two in the treatment of disease.2 According to the comparison and analysis by the entried journal articles,it was certain that the different techniques in clinical application was more significant in internal medicine and surgery than that in the rest four department.The basic acupuncture technique(Lifting and thrusting of needle;twirling of needle)were frequency used in Uroschesis,sequela of apoplexy,lumbocrural pain.According to the statistic analysis,the curative effect of the basic acupuncture technique for Uroschesis was better than the other two diseases,and provided in the manipulation of lifting and thrusting curative effect was better than that of twirling.The frequency of vibration needling and twisting was higher in the auxiliary technique,respectively 25 times and 18 times.The manipulation of vibration needling was applied to the highest frequency of stroke sequela for 6 times,and the manipulation of twisting was applied to the highest frequency of the strabguria for 4 times.The traditional technique(FeijingZouqi)which was the manipulation of turtle probing needling was in the highest frequency of the arthromyodynia for 18 times.3 The basic technique in clinic mainly used in the treatment of Uroschesis,sequela of apoplexy,lumbocrural pain of the 489 entries.According to the statistic analysis,the objective was to explore the relationship between the principle of points and meridian transmission and the treatment of the three diseases.The treatment of the Uroschesis was to be determined by the principles of selecting points in the frequency about the dialectial point selection for 56 times while the direction of the meridian transmission was in the frequency from the proximal end of the trunk to the distal end of the limb for 55 times.And the treatment of the lumbocrual was in the frequency in the principle of proximal selection for 38 times,the frequency of the direction was from the proximal end of the trunk to the distal end of the limb for 69 times.The stroke sequela was mainly in the principles of dialectial point selection for the frequency of 29 times,the transmission rote was in the frequency from the proximal end of the trunk to the distal end of the limb for 44 times.The treatment of different diseases had a certain regularity in the selection of the points and in the control of the meridian transmission.Conclusions:The Acupuncture manipulations to the focal arrival of aca-esthesia is key to obtain effective in acupuncture therapy clinical application and the result of data mining indicates that there are some regularity and characteristic clinical application.The different Acupuncture manipulations to the focal arrival of aca-esthesia are widely used in the different clinical departments,mostly in thetreatment of medical and surgical diseases.The basic technique involving the manipulations of Lifting and thrusting of needle and twirling of needle has a great advantage in the treatment of the Uroschesis,sequela of apoplexy,lumbocrural pain and has a certain similar in the selection of points and in the control of meridian transmission.The auxiliary technique while the vibration needling and twisting is to the highest frequency in clinical application is used to stimulate the body which is in the major used in the department of internal medicine.According to the statistical collection and analysis,the traditional technique while the turtle probing needling in the highest frequency is mainly for the treatment of some surgical diseases to dredge and promote channels and collaterals which can take precedence over the meridians obstruction disease. |
