Clinical Observation On Moxibustion Combined With Myopia Therapy For The Treatment Of Pseudomyopia(Heart Yang Deficiency)

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to use a randomized controlled trial to preliminarily observe and summarize the curative effect of moxibustion combined with myopia treatment to treat the pseudomyopia of the young heart,and to clarify its therapeutic advantages and provide a simple and effective treatment plan for the treatment of this disease.Method: Collected according to the subject standard,changchun university of Chinese medicine hospital outpatient teenagers heart Yang deficiency type myopia patients,western medicine pseudomyopia patients 60 cases(120 eyes),the randomized method is divided into the treatment way and control way,therapeutic treatment,treatment group given moxibustion combined myopia control myopia therapeutic treatment.After 1 course of treatment,the patients in both groups were observed with the hyperopia and myopic diopter change,and the data were statistically analyzed.Result:(1)Two kinds of treatment can obviously increase the teenage pseudomyopia patients heart Yang deficiency type far visual acuity(P < 0.05),the effect of treatment group is better than the control group;There was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P < 0.05),and the effect of treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.(2)Both treatment regimens reduced the diopter(P < 0.01)in the anterior eye of the pupil,and no significant difference was observed between the two treatment regimens(P > 0.05).(3)After treatment,total effective rate was compared,and treatment group:88.3%,control group: 71.7%;After treatment,the total effective rate was compared with one month after treatment,the treatment group was 81.3%,and the control group was 61.6%.The clinical comprehensive curative effect treatment group is better,the effect is longer than the control group.Conclusion: This topic research shows that moxibustion combined myopia therapeutic treatment of adolescent pseudomyopia heart Yang deficiency type has good curative effect,can significantly improve patients with eye the indicators,the operation is simple,non-toxic side effects,efficacy lasting,which can be used in the future in clinical promotion...
