| Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of modified Qingfei Xiaocuo Decoction pl us supramoleecular salicylic acid in the treatment of mild to moderate acne of female(with the pat tern of Wind-heat in lung meridian)so as to provide practical guidance for the treatment of mild t o moderate acne of female.Methods:60 eligible female acne patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.In the treatment group,they were treated by oral administration of modified Qingfei Xiaocuo Decocticon plus external application of supramolecular salicylic acid,while in the control group,patients were given modified Qingfei Xiaocuo Decoction plus external application of Meilu Xiaocuo Ointment.They were re-visited every four weeks and the treatment lasted for a total of 12 weeks.According to the skin lesion scores before and after treatment,the curative effect index was calculated to discuss the efficacy.In addition,the changes of TCM syndrome and symptoms in the two groups before and after treatment were observed.As a result,the data of 29 and 28 cases in respective treatment and control group were treated by SPSS 25.0 statistical analysis software.Results:(1)The marked cure rate was 89.66%in the treatment group,while 75.00%in the control group(P>0.05),which was not statistically significant after 12 weeks of treatment.(2)The improvement of skin lesions in the treatment group was significantly superior to that in the control group at the 6th week.The skin lesions including acne,papule and pustule were counted separately,and they were all improved better in the treatment group.(3)The TCM syndrome and symptoms in the menstruation were remarkably improved in both groups,with a significant difference between the two groups in the scores of them before and after treatment(P<0.05);(4)23 cases in the treatment group had mild itching and skin irritation,as well as occasional local skin flush,which were tolerable.No serious adverse reactions were observed in both groups.Conclusion:For female mild to moderate acne patients with the pattern of wind-heat in lung meridian,modified Qingfei Xiaocuo Decoction combined with supramolecular salicylic acid is a therapeutic regimen with significant effects and without serious adverse reactions.It can be used as a clinical treatment regimen for mild to moderate acne. |
