Study On The Electrical Characteristics Of The Meridian Points In Patients With Lumbar Disc Herniation

Objective:To explore the electrical characteristics of the patients with lumbar disc herniation of acupoints,starting from the research of specific acupoints,choice of treatment of lumbar disc herniation acupuncture meridians is one of the highest frequency of the urinary bladder meridian of foot were measured and observed analysis.The normal group and the group into the bladder meridian around name skin resistance imbalance degree on both sides,summarize the lumbar disc herniation in patients with skin resistance unbalance obvious point,provide theoretical support for the diagnosis and treatment of disease from the perspective of the change of electrical characteristics of acupoints,provide the basis for the clinical selection of acupoints.By observing the characteristics of the two groups of acupoints and non acupoints,the specificity and the regularity of the disease response of the acupoints can be explored,which can provide the experimental basis for the specificity theory of the meridian reactionMethods:This study selected the meridians for urinary bladder meridian of foot Taiyang,the specific acupoints and non specific acupoints and non acupoints,acupoints for measuring bladder jinggu,jinmen,feiyang,weizhong,zhibian,non acupoint.The two groups tested the same acupuncture points.The measuring instrument used in this study was Beijing University of Chinese Medicine,entrusted by the school of information science and technology of Peking University and the Institute of physics,to investigate the dynamic characteristics(resistance)of meridians and acupoints(I).By using glycerol and distilled water by 1:1 proportion of medium,smear on the instrument probe and the corresponding points,wait 3-5 minutes,the instrument probe in the centrifugal direction with hypoallergenic tape in the corresponding fixed point,in order to ensure the stability of the measuring point,the indoor temperature is controlled at about 250 C.Humidity control in about 50%,the atmospheric pressure to maintain a steady state.Each acupoint was measured for 40 minutes and recorded at each point and minute.The 30 data were selected as the raw data for analysis.The main outcomemeasurewasresistanceimbalance.Results:The following results after correction after the baseline covariance analysis concluded:l,baseline:(l)Age:into the patient age is higher than the normal group,the test group of patients into age mainly concentrated in the age between 35-62.(2)The subjects into the weight distribution of 68.25±11.47,61.33±9.80 was significantly higher than the normal group.Body weight is an important factor in the pathogenesis of lumbar disc herniation.(3)The BMI index in the two groups are different,into the group mean was 24.64±3.55,the normal group is 22.19±3.12,into the BMI group than the normal group BMI(4)Gender,height and job nature were not different between the two groups.2,Into the group of acupoints on both sides of the resistance difference,under-acupoints Weizhong acupoint resistance(ch07-ch08)of P=0.031<0.05,the difference has statistical significance,all the other points of difference were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Based on the diagnostic criteria on the side of the lower extremity occurs along the bladder produce radioactive pain,numbness,swelling,acid is a prerequisite into groups in the.Data analysis showed that there were only fourth pairs of 6 pairs of acupoints,and there was a statistically significant difference between them.It indicated that the sensitivity of the middle point of the acupoints to the resistance of lumbar disc herniation was stronger,and the other acupoints were less responsive.It is considered that the middle point is the recommended acupoint for the diagnosis of the bladder pathological changes of the lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion.3,The difference of resistance difference between the normal group and the normal group is not statistically significant(P>0.05).4(1),The normal group and the group into the resistance unbalance between bladder-lower confluent acupoint Weizhong imbalance degree P=0.005<0.05,with statistical significance,all other points of imbalance had no statistical significance(P>0.05).It is indicated that only part of the acupoints have resistance specificity.(2)Data analysis showed that only the specific points in Xiahe point-Point Weizhong differences:specific acupoints and non acupoints in specific resistance specific differences,the specific points is more obvious;acupoints and non acupoints are different,indicating the relative acupoints of the non acupoint has specific resistance.Conclusion:This study was incorporated into the 4 specific points,1 non specific acupoints,1 non acupoints on the basis of the non continuous measurement,each point 40 minutes per point per minute a data,take 30 minutes after the statistical data,and draws on the covariance analysis after correction.After analyzing the data,the following conclusions are drawn:1.Age,weight,and BMI index may be important factors affecting the incidence of lumbar disc herniation.2,Weizhong can be used as a diagnosis of lumbar disc herniation by bladder lesions recommended by acupoint;3:only part of the acupoint has the specific resistance;4:specific acupoint resistance specificity than the specific points,meridian acupoint resistance specific non acupoint significantly.
