Purpose:To observe the therapeutic efficacy on needling combining with acupoint-injection of Ossotide injection for lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion, meanwhile to compare the result treating lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion with three treatment. These three treatment include the treatment of meedling combining with acupoint-injection of Ossotide injection and the treatment of needling combining with intramuscular injection of Ossotide injection and the treatment of single needling. Moreover to expound the mechanism on the needling combining with the acupoint-injection of Ossotide injection for lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion.Method:60 cases of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion were selected with certain diagnostic standard. These patients were all single or double intervertebral disc protrusion which between the fourth and the fifth lumbar vertebrae or between the fifth lumbar vertebre and the first sacral vertebrae and the first sacral vertebrae, moreover these patients all had symptoms or physical signs on only single lower limb. They were divided into three groups:the group of needling combining with acupoint-injection of Ossotide injection(A group), the group of needling combining with intramuscular injectionn of Ossotide injection (B group)and the group of single needling (C group). There were 20 cases in each group. The three groups applied the same points and the same method of the needling. The points were Jiaji points of the fourth and the fifth lumbar vertebrae(EX-B2;double side) ;Huantiao point(GB30;sick side);Yanglinquan point(GB34;sick side);Weizhong point(BL40, sick side).
