Investigation Of The Clinical Application Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Formula Granules And Observation Of The Curative Effect Of Different Dosage Forms Of Tongluozhitong Recipe On The Treatment Of Headache

Objective 1.Questionnaire survey:With Beijing university of Chinese medicine Dong hospital data for statistical analysis,have a preliminary evaluation of the different aspects of the clinical use of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)formula granules.And from the different level of clinicians,different age level patients,access to clinical data of TCM Formula Granule on quality controllability,safety and efficacy,to provide reference and basis for the better use of it.2.Clinical observation:To observe the clinical curative of Tongluozhitong with different forms in the treatment of headache.Under the premise of one disease one prescription,evaluating the effectiveness of the clinical curative of traditional decoction and granule brewing,to provide evidence for clinician and patients.While,further evaluate the therapeutic effect of Tongluozhitong in the treatment of acute episode of headache.And do the preliminary foundation work for the future research and development toward the hospital preparation.Methods 1.Questionnaire survey:The study is on the basis of Patient Reported Outcomes(PRO),Questionnaire survey and other research methods.Questionnaires are developed to obtain the safety,efficacy and adverse events of TCM Formula Granule directly from the physicians and patients.Through questionnaire survey,study the different level of clinicians and different age level patients on the quality controllability,safety and efficacy of TCM Formula Granules,and choice problem.2.Clinical observation:The study collected 30 patients with headache.30 patients were divided randomly into herb group and granule group Two groups was treated by different forms of Tongluozhitong.Observe the headache-related symptom scores,TCM syndrome scores before treatment and 7 days after treatment between two groups.Results 1.Questionnaire survey:Physicians and patients both confirmed the efficacy and safety of TCM Formula Granule,preliminarily evaluated the influence of TCM Formula Granules to physicians and patients,and put forward specific recommendations for clinical use of TCM Formula Granule in the current situation.2.Clinical observation:The rate of effectiveness for herb group is 93.3%,with the rate of full recovery at 20.0%,the rate of significant effectiveness at 46.7%,the rate of moderate effectiveness at 26.7%,the rate of non-effectiveness at 6.7%.The rate of effectiveness for granule group is 86.7%,with the rate of full recovery at 20.0%,the rate of significant effectiveness at 40.0%,the rate of moderate effectiveness at 26.7%,the rate of non-effectiveness at 13.3%.Comparing the headache-related symptom scores between herb group and granule group,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),which telling the treatment effect between two groups is the same.Compared the pain degree of headache?seizure frequency?duration of headache and TCM syndrome scores in two groups,showed significant differences(P<0.01).As a result,two different forms of Tongluozhitong have a definite therapeutic effect on headache and also have a good effect on improving TCM Syndrome while doing a further evaluate the therapeutic effect of Tongluozhitong in the treatment of acute episode of headache which can be widely used in clinic.The scores of headache pain,frequency,duration of attack,duration of treatment,duration of headache related symptoms and syndrome score were compared between the two groups.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),which showed herb and granule on improvement of headache related symptoms and TCM syndrome curative effect quite.Conclusion:1.Questionnaire survey:Physicians and patients both confirmed the efficacy and safety of TCM Formula Granule,preliminarily evaluated the influence of TCM Formula Granules to physicians and patients,and put forward specific recommendations for clinical use of TCM Formula Granule in the current situation.2.Clinical observation:Whether traditional Chinese medicine or TCM formula granule,Tongluozhitong have efinite curative effect on treating wind phlegm and blood stasis obstructing vein type headache.As to patients with acute episode of headache,TCM formula granule and traditional Chinese medicine both have the function of relieving headache symptoms and improving the curative effect,and the statistical test showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups.So it can be considered that the curative effects were similar in patients of the two group.For patients with acute disease and the need for long-term medication conditioning,the TCM formula granule is convenient to take medicine,and can be used as the supplement or substitute for the inconvenience of traditional Chinese medicine.
