As an important factor in modern agricultural production input,chemical fertilizer plays an important role in increasing grain output,promoting farmers’ income growth and developing agricultural economy.However,in recent years,the damage of agricultural production resources has become increasingly serious,and the problems of ecological environment and the quality of agricultural products have gradually emerged.However,at present,China still has problems such as excessive application of chemical fertilizers,irrational use structure and imbalanced nutrients.The phenomenon of excessive application,partial application and blind fertilization by farmers is very common,leading to a series of adverse consequences such as increased agricultural production costs,reduced soil fertility,and ecological environment damage.In order to reverse the phenomenon of irrational fertilization,guide farmers to scientifically fertilize,and change the method of fertilization,the central government officially launched a Technical specification for soil measurement formula fertilization(trial)in 2005.The central government’s no.1 document in 2006 pointed out the scientific application of fertilizer and the increase of fertilizer subsidies for soil testing formula.In 2019,the key promotion project plan of planting industry in daqing city put forward a series of requirements and objectives for the promotion of soil measurement formula fertilization technology.In this paper,the main problem is to study the factors affecting the adoption behavior of soil formula fertilization technology by farmers in daqing city.This paper takes the farmers in daqing area as the research object,combines the theoretical concepts and the literature review at home and abroad.The questionnaire was designed from five aspects: the farmers’ personal information endowment,the cognition of scientific fertilization ability,the status quo of training service supply,the status quo of soil measurement service supply,and the status quo of fertilizer distribution service supply.206 valid questionnaires were collected and the influencing factors were analyzed by binary logistic model.Finally,the three variables of education level,planting years and the maximum planting scale of this year passed the test,and these three variables were positively correlated with the adoption behavior of soil measurement formula fertilization technology.Based on this,the following Suggestions are putforward from the three key links of "soil measurement","fertilizer distribution" and "technical guidance" in the technology of soil measurement formula fertilization: to improve the cognitive ability and level of farmers;Improve the degree of marketization,promote the diversification of service supply;Combined with the Internet to expand the radiation radius of the service;Strengthen publicity,establish service sharing mechanism,farmers’ demand expression mechanism,and rational allocation of service resources;Establish and perfect laws and regulations to create a good external environment. |
