With the rapid development of civil aviation industry in China,people generally choose the plane as the means of transportation for business trip and travel.Facing the continuous progress of science and technology,the business of customer service personnel of airport travel service also changes accordingly,training is an important part of human resource management in an enterprise,optimizing training system can train excellent talents for enterprises,enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.As an important international hub airport in Northeast China,H International Airport,due to historical factors,enterprise managers and other factors,has led to multiple problems such as single training method and traditional training form for passenger service personnel.This paper takes H International Airport as the research object,through the methods of literature research and individual interview,Through literature research and data analysis,this paper summarizes and analyzes the training system of domestic and foreign airport optimization travel service customer service personnel,as the theoretical basis of this paper.This paper makes an in-depth interpretation of the current situation of airports at home and abroad,and summarizes the existing problems and the causes of the problems through data analysis.According to the development of H International Airport and the personal career planning of managers and employees,the training needs are adjusted and the existing training system and scheme are optimized,so that employees can get the overall improvement of professional skills and service quality through training,make the enterprise complete the purpose of talent reserve,and finally effectively improve the H International Airport Reputation and competitiveness in domestic airports.
