A Research On The Humanistic Project Construction Optimization Strategy For Sanya Airport

Sanya Phoenix International Airport has been in operation for 26 years since it was opened on July 1,1994.The annual passenger throughput has reached 20 million,ranking among the largest airports in China.In the past 26 years,the traffic volume of Sanya Phoenix International Airport has continued to grow rapidly,and the operation and support capacity of the airport has achieved a qualitative leap.At the same time,compared with excellent airports at home and abroad,it still has some gaps in safety management,guarantee capacity,operation efficiency,service quality and management level.Especially due to cost control,planning and other factors,the construction of humanistic airport started late and was difficult.Through the analysis and in-depth discussion of the current situation of the humanistic airport construction of Sanya Airport,this Thesis hopes to study the optimization direction of the humanistic airport construction of Sanya Airport,combined with the excellent experience of the construction of humanistic airports at home and abroad,to provide solutions and optimization strategies for the humanistic airport construction of Sanya Airport,so as to constantly optimize and improve the airport service function and passenger flow,and improve the airport operation efficiency.On the basis of the people-oriented,it aims to create a distinctive,cultural,comfortable,convenient and international public space to provide tourists with different travel experiences,realize the diversified development of the airport,and improve the brand awareness and international influence of Sanya Airport.This thesis is divided into four parts: the first part makes an in-depth analysis of the current situation and existing problems of the humanistic airport construction of Sanya Airport,and the second part of the existing problems combined with the principles of humanistic airport construction to propose solutions.The third part puts forwardoptimization strategies for the construction of Sanya Airport from five aspects: space,environment layout,function planning,human services,service facilities and service products.The fourth part is the preliminary evaluation of the humanistic airport construction project of Sanya Airport.
