Enterprise employee training management is the decisive factor for the rapid growth of employees,the enhancement of core competitiveness of enterprises and the ability to have long-term development.As the competitive environment in the market becomes more intense,companies must have strong human resources reserves to stand out among the many competitors.The reserve of human resources is also the problem of the reserve of "people",but in the competition,"talent" is more decisive.As an investment of a company,the benefit of the training is to help the enterprise turn "people" into "talent".How to maximize the return of this investment has become a key issue for modern enterprises.Therefore,companies need to establish a sound employee training management system to identify problems in the management of employees and propose solutions.First of all,this thesis sorts out the connotation,main content and representative theory of employee training management through literature analysis,and provides more comprehensive theoretical support for follow-up research.Secondly,this paper selects the employees of China W Airlines as the research sample and uses empirical analysis to analyze the current status of W Airlines employee training management and the problems of the company's training for its flight attendants and further analysis of the reasons.W Airlines provides a useful reference for the development of flight attendant training optimization programs.Finally,through the research,the main problems of W airlines in employee training are:(1)lack of strategic training programs;(2)lack of training enthusiasm for employees;(3)lack of high-level teacher training team(4)Lack of scientific and effective feedback mechanism for training effects.Based on the relevant training management concepts,this paper uses related training needs,training assessment and other theories to study the training of W airline flight attendants,and explores how the company can maintain its existing problems when facing market competitiveness and its own development limitations.Advantages and continue toimprove their competitiveness.This article provides some useful references for the training of employees in the aviation field,as well as the training and development of various industries.
